The Space

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, with the property offers uninterrupted views of The Remarkables from both the balcony and outdoor patio areas.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Ground floor: Full bathroom with bath AND standing shower; Upstairs: Full bathroom with standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine.

Balcony: The property includes a balcony off the main living area and a private outdoor patio with a spa pool.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 13 internal stairs from the entrance level up to the main living area; 3 external steps from the bedroom to the spa outdoor area; 26 external steps going up to the front door; 14 external steps from the spa area leading to the front door

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (250L) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
