The compact kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and basic essentials, giving you the option to enjoy light meals at home. With tasteful, modern furniture and a peaceful setting, this is your ideal hideaway in Queenstown.



Please note, there is no laundry facilities in this unit. This is a self-contained space attached to the main house but fully private with your own entrance.

Baby Accessories:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Parking is available on the right as you enter driveway.

House Rules:

Maximum of 2 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in instructions will be sent 3 days prior to arrival

You’ll also have access to the Hello Queenstown Guest Lounge in town, open 9am–5pm daily (except Christmas), where you can relax, store bags, and ask the team everything Queenstown.
