The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront. The living areas look out to view over the lake and marina.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Both bedrooms with ensuites.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. One with a shower-over-bath set-up and the other with a walk-in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV and patio access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and, kettle.

External: There is a small patio with a table and six chairs.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio.

Your space is fully self-contained with its own separate entrance for complete privacy.

Guests also have access to free parking on-site. Spaces are not allocated to specific apartments, so you’re welcome to park anywhere available within the complex.

Entry is via self check-in using a secure door code. Walk-in/walk-out access to the lakefront track makes this a standout spot for outdoor lovers.



The Neighbourhood

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a short walk walk to Altitude Brewery or the Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: None into the property. just a little step at the door

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 litres shared with the studio apartment) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
