Each villa has one bathroom located on the top floor. Well stocked with lots of towels and gorgeous New Zealand made Ashley & Co products.

Fully equipped and well stocked with everything you need to cook including cooking essentials such as oil, spices, salt and pepper etc.

Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are available inside the villa for your convenience. Quality laundry liquid is also provided.

Heating & Airconditioning
Each villa is equipped with heating and air-conditioning in the main living area and heating in the bedrooms.

Other things to note:
Kākāriki Villa is multi-level and may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs. Each villa includes a small private backyard, and there are free communal drying rooms within the complex, perfect for ski season. While this villa does not have an allocated car park, there is free street parking nearby, and we’re happy to guide you to the best spots.

Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed check-in instructions and your unique digital door lock code.
