The fully equipped kitchen flows into an open-plan living area, with large bi-fold doors that open onto a private balcony showcasing stunning lake and mountain views.



The bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and a projector that you can connect to your device, allowing you to enjoy a home cinema experience.



Ideally located within the Alpine Village complex, this premium 74 sqm apartment enjoys breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables, placing you in a truly scenic and convenient Queenstown setting.



Guest Access:

With an allocated car park located directly in front of the main door, your check-in is as smooth and convenient as possible.



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located, the apartment is a 5 min drive, or 45 min walk along the lakefront to downtown Queenstown.



The location is amazing. Just a 5-minute drive to town one way or a 5-minute drive to Frankton & the airport the other way. A 2-minute walk takes you to the lakefront and the famous Frankton Arm. Walk down the Arm and within 25-minutes you’ll come across The Boat Shed Café & Bistro, Altitude Brewing a locally-run craft pub and Frankton Marina.



Getting Around:

The apartment has one allocated parking bay & plenty of other free parking within the complex if you have more than one vehicle. Please note the visitors carpark are 4 hour maximum.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment does not have its own washer/dryer. There is a coin- operated washer & dryer within the complex.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
