Located on the top level of a well-positioned Fernhill home, this self-contained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that flows onto a sunny balcony with panoramic lake and mountain views. Thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities and plenty of natural light, it's an ideal base for relaxing after a day exploring Queenstown. Your space is fully private, with a separate entrance and no shared living areas. Please note, the home is on a hill – rewarding you with stunning views!



Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed, with a private balcony, ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe with a full mirror.

Bedroom 2: 1 King Sized Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 King Sized Bed

House Rules:

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, or smoking indoors

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5



Baby Accessories

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.
