The Space

A one-bedroom home on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to limited views of the lake.

Bedrooms: One bedroom, with limited views of the lake.

Bathrooms: One bathroom. Full bathroom with standing shower; water closet inside.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, glass 2-burner benchtop cooktop, single drawer dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, mini rice cooker. no oven.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after check-in incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

Nearby: Alpine Supermarket and Fresh Choice for groceries. Frog Burger for food. All approx. 5–10 min walk down a steep hill to town centre.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Town centre is down a steep hill from the property (5–10 minute walk)

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 2 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
