The Space:

This delightful home features three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen is has everything you'll need for creating gourmet meals.



This charming home features an open plan in the living and dining areas. Sit on the comfy couch or out on one of two balconies and chill with a glass of amazing local NZ wine as you watch the awesome sunsets. The living area is very large and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find a comfy spot. Stay entertained with an internet-connected 50-inch 4K TV and high-speed fiber internet access, ensuring seamless connectivity and streaming.



Convenience is key with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron at your disposal. Enjoy the finest in comfort with high-quality bed linens and towels, and maintain the perfect climate with heating and air conditioning.



The views are simply to die for! You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Southern Alps Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. You will definitely fall in love with the views! Every room in the house enjoys spectacular views. A perfect holiday retreat for large families or groups of friends.



The house was extensively renovated in June 2023 and has all new furniture, appliances, TV, etc...so you and your guests will be very comfortable. (the unit listed is of an identical property in the same complex that was renovated in Dec 2022, so some areas and furniture may differ slightly from the photos)



While this property is a short walk from town it is located off a steep hill and is ideal for guests who are travelling by car and or/don't mind the walk!

Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed (Can Be Split Into 2 Singles)

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed)

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (Can Be Made Into 1 Super King Size Bed)

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:

We have a dedicated free car parking space for one car (not under cover).

Additional visitor car parking is also available on site, but it's on a first come, first served basis and is shared with other houses in the complex.

The complex is situated at the top of a steep but short hill.

Please note: There are two flights of stairs inside the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Downtown Queenstown is only a short 5-min walk from the apartment.



The house is at the base of the Queenstown Hill walking track... where you can hike up for mind-blowing 360 degree views of the local area. Take in the spectacular views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the gorgeous Otago scenery.

Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.



Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.



Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.



A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
