Following recent communications regarding access in and out of the Alpine Village complex, please find attached the access map for Alpine Village 1 and 2.
The map clearly identifies areas that are now designated NO Access due to adjacent development works, as well as the approved access routes that must be used at all times.
Please ensure the following:
The red-marked no-access areas shown on the map are not used under any circumstances for vehicle or pedestrian access.
All owners, tenants, visitors, short-term accommodation guests, contractors, and delivery drivers use only the approved access routes.
The no-access areas must not be used for parking, stopping, turning, drop-offs, loading, or unloading.
These restrictions are in place for safety reasons and to ensure compliance while development works are ongoing. Owners are asked to pass this information on to any tenants and guests occupying their unit.
