We had a wonderful time during a family trip. We travelled two adults a 3.5 year old and a 9 year old. We booked the king suite with 1 queen murphy bed , it was a great room. Spacious enough, the kids thought the murphy bed was cool. The view of the mountain was beautiful, super clean. Hotel staff was really nice and spoke English pretty well, we did not have any issues with that. The tubing hills were amazing, so many hills and bigger than I have ever seen before. The kids had a blast but it was very cold so if going during the winter make sure the kids and even adults have really warm gear and googles as you go down the hills very fast. Bora Parc was fantastic, the kids loved it. Super cool inside , a lot of slides even my 3.5 year who is 41inch could get on most of the big slides. the only thing about the water park I found was it was a little chilly inside not as warm as you would think it would be in a inside waterpark. My biggest complaint which was not even that bad in the grand scheme of things is that the food was not very good at any of the restaurants. So be prepared for that, do not expect a great meal. More like basic chalet food, which is fine but just be aware. Also the stores close at or before 6pm and the restaurants other than one were all closed for food by 9. Overall I would definitely recommend, we had the best time and we have already booked to go back in the summer to try the outdoor waterpark!
