If you have a third car, here are your options:

Parking is permitted on the surrounding streets for up to 60 minutes, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Parking is permitted without time limit from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
