I would rate this property 9.5/10. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed this place. The unit is well equipped with everything we needed, and the location is extremely convenient—right at the base of the MSA mountain, with a grocery store just a few minutes’ walk away. The heating was excellent, which made a big difference in winter (there’s strong central heating, an additional heater, and even an electronic “bonfire” feature that adds a cozy touch). I would happily stay here again.
The only downside was communication and instructions. The host provided very detailed instructions, but they were so extensive that it was hard to find the key points quickly. The instruction booklet was clearly thoughtfully prepared, but I wasn’t able to download it properly, so I couldn’t easily share it with my travel buddy. Since I don’t read French, the English directions were also a bit confusing upon arrival—we did not enter from the exact entrance the host referenced, so we ended up walking around with luggage’s for a while before finding the unit (we later discovered another entrance and everything was fine). Lastly, I sent a question to the hosts and didn’t receive a reply for several days even now at check out. It wasn’t a major issue as we figured it out ourselves, but more responsive communication would improve the experience.
