The most photographed hotel in the world! I can see why. Very beautiful and unique with so much history. Had a window table for the very nice breakfast in the Dufferin Terrace. We were fortunate to have a corner room with a view. Looked newly remodeled and fresh. The only thing that didn’t work was the in-room safe. If you don’t like crowds this hotel is not for you. The lobby was always bustling and full of tourists not staying at the hotel.

This is an iconic hotel, beautifully maintained, in an outstanding location. The only fault I have is the extremely small room and bathroom especially considering the high price. Our "deluxe" river view room was so small it was difficult for two people to get around. The window is rather small and tucked near the corner of the room. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

Okay, it’s expensive and you could find cheaper accommodations nearby, but you won’t find a more legendary hotel. The standard rooms are cozy, but the lobby is grand, the location can’t be topped. It is Quebec City in all its glory. Go big or go home. Vive le Quebec. Vive Le Chateau Frontenac!

I was nickel and dimed. The rooms are extremely small, small no space to fit anything. They put two empty glasses in our room, although we had four people staying in the room. When I called room service they wanted to charge me $15 to bring me two empty glasses. Absolutely ridiculous

Your people are great!! Housekeeper was great but room could use a “ deep clean”, bathroom tile moldy, corners, etc. It is just an old building needing extra care. We really did enjoy our stay and will recommend to any friends coming to Quebec City.

Incredible hotel with an amazing restaurant (Champlain) and beautiful history and architecture. However, hotel pool was under construction and we weren’t notified until we were woken up by drills, and they didn’t notify us that parking is roughly $70 a day which was a nice surprise to find at the end of our stay.

The room service is overpriced and terrible. The refused to cook the venison burger to the proper temperature. The cheese on the onion soup wasn’t under melted as well as the pizza which had a half inch thick layer of cheese that was barely melted
