Exteriors: well-kept private garden and covered veranda with barbecue and furniture, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and evening aperitifs.



Nearby amenities: supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, ATM and post office at 600 m; other shops and cafés 4 minutes by car. Sports center (tennis, football, basketball, volleyball) 10 minutes on foot; in summer, beach kiosk. Crystal-clear sea, especially beautiful in the morning.

Free parking inside the property and on the street; bus stop 8 minutes on foot. Space for bikes and motorbikes in the garden. Bed linen and towels included.
