«Located in a good area,next door to shoppingcenter,restaurants and subwaystation.Modern designed rooms.Nice view.Not sure about the glasswalled bathroom,but it gives some privacy.Thin doors to the corridoors,a lot of banging with doors,people yelling and chinese businessmen using it as a mingling area and smooking room.Could clearly smell the smoke in the room.»

«The location of the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the metro and the pedestrian street Nanjing road. The Bund is 20 minutes walk from East Nanjing Road. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was ok. Aircondition worked well. The room i had was quiet. The only drawback is the drain in tub and sink very complicated. You have to lirk and pull the plugs up everytime you use the sink or tub.»

«A beautiful hotel, love the balcony and the bed is very comfortable. Staffs were nice and helpful. However, the room cleaning could be improve a lot, the floor with a lot stains was a bit disappointed at such room rate. And probably the hotel is too new, most taxi driver couldn’t find the hotel from local map App. »

«Note: each serviced apartment has a washer with inbuilt dryer so be sure to bring along your own laundry detergent. Sheets are vvv fresh and clean, and pure white. Upon check-in, there were 2 bottles of free Perrier water provided and some fruit. Free continental breakfast was simple but v nice. Jura coffee machine and free to go paper cups. Also note: the official address is Tower 11& 12, Novel Century, Lane 81 Xin Geng Road but this is the side entrance that needs a key card to get in. Ask ...

«The apartment was spacious and hosts were responsive and helpful. However there were not alot of toilet paper, or enough soap in the dispenser. The living areas, particularly the balcony and the common bathroom, did not look and feel very clean. We were not told that for the apartment, we are not allowed to dispose of toilet paper by flushing. This led to a very nasty and unpleasant surprise in the bathroom in the master bedroom. We enjoyed the TV and were quite pleased with the size and view. ...

Moreover, they said they didn't received the money about i paid at hotels.com and asked me to pay 3000yuan deposit when i checked out. Until now, a week after my stay, i haven't received i deposit back, and they said they will call me when they give back my deposit; i have't receive any call from them. I called for the hotel reception, no reply from them. So, never choose this ...

«Very very well located hotel, but a little messy, and old. NOBODY speak english and it is very, very hard to find. No sighs at the door, and the reception downstairs did not know about this hotel........because it was based on the 10th floor!!!!!!»
