«The coffee machine in the lobby was not working, and there were no coffee filters available for the machines in the guest rooms. As a result, we were forced to leave the hotel to purchase coffee, wasting approximately 45 minutes of our morning. This was an unnecessary inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper maintenance and adequate supplies. We expected better service and attention to basic guest amenities.»

«Arrived and put on 2nd floor no where it mentions no elevator. We had to carry what clothes we needed as we couldn’t get us and suitcases upstairs. Hair dryer broken and night staff was like we can send maintenance tomorrow and some other minor issues. Person at desk first morning was wonderful and helpful. Said we should have been offered a first floor room in front of and she handed us a hair dryer. Night desk help were not helpful.»
