«Alma Hotel is a small and cosy hotel. The staff are super friendly and you get a sense of a great personal experience. The breakfast was delicious and the owners are there in the mornings to greet you and make sure you are prepared for your day ahead in Palermo. We had to leave early one morning before the breakfast was served, so they organised two small breakfast take-away packs for us to take with us so as to make sure we didn´t go hungry! «The room and the B&B looks much better in the pictures than in reality. Basic comfort and very unreliable hot water supply. We didn’t have hot water 2 days out of 10. The room floor was dirty and the airflow quite poor. Also very noisy, both from the reception area and the street outside. The best part was the location of the B&B, write by Politeama in the city center. »

«This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Palermo. Great area (2 mins from Teatro Massimo), great places to eat locally and easy to walk to the rest of the city. Hot showers, comfortable beds, quiet side street so there is minimal noise (we stayed for New Year and there was a huge concert 5 mins walk away and we cold not hear it!). Bus stop for airport shuttle bus is 10 min walk away (goes every 30 mins). Hosts were brilliant and even suggested places to eat and visit. Very clean ...
