Beautiful view

We loved the porch overlooking the boats and water. Everyday we saw manatee. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Instructions were clear. Centrally located to get to many small towns and explore. This was our 2nd time coming to this condo. The golf cart was a plus! Fun to ride around the marina.

Unit was very nice. We liked being on the ground floor. A few minor things came up- the water dispenser in the fridge was very very slow and there was a strange odor coming from the water/ice The filter needed to be changed

Perfect Spot

The Dockside Delight condo was a perfect place for our family to relax over Christmas break. It was clean and equipped with everything needed to enjoy this area of Florida. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils needed to make our meals. We appreciated the thorough information provided by the hosts and the ease of communicating with them. Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. They really want you and your family to be comfortable. We loved that there were games and played several evenings during our stay. It was great to walk out the back door with our coffee and watch the manatees.

Great property and host

My wife and I stayed at this property in January of 2024. We really enjoyed our stay. Mark is a great host and is very attentive to his guests needs. The property was fantastic in terms of condition, cleanliness and location. The view is hard to beat, boats in a marina. Very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone without reservation.

Christmas at Dockside Delight

Our families couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during Christmas. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. The unit was very spacious, clean and had a nice coastal vibe to it. The lanai had a wonderful view of the marina with super comfortable outdoor chairs. There’s also a nice, reasonably priced golf course on the property which was a plus. As far as location, it was nice to get away from the busyness of the downtown areas. The property was nice and quiet and only a 10-15 minute drive in either direction to restaurants and shopping. Mark and Darlene were very attentive and welcoming hosts. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!!

This was a FABULOUS place to stay.

We truly felt right at home from the minute we walked into the door. We took our 16 month old granddaughter with us and found our parking pass in the arms of a pink stuffed puppy dog just for her. Everything was spotless and they had everything we needed and/or wanted. The view from the back porch was spectacular and we met some of the amazing residents of Burnt Store Marina. We took a walk every morning around the cove and it was so peaceful. We even got to see a manatee eating grass out of the harbor on one of our walks. We only had one issue with the bathtub not draining but the property owner had a plumber out immediately and we never had another issue. We definitely plan on going back! We would give it an A++!

We stayed and found the condo in good, clean condition, our limited contact with the owner was a point that we didn’t have any issues with the condo, all as per the listing. Amazing

What a perfect gem. It was amazing, the owners always got right back to us and even offered to buy groceries of we were coming in late. It was easy check in and could enjoy our morning coffee and our evening wine on the screened Lanai and watch the Manatees and the fish Even saw a dolphin. Would recommend this property to anyone, it does not disappoint

A Perfect really Beautiful Spot!

The best condo we have had the pleasure of staying in. So very comfortable, roomy, every possible item you need provided, you will be very happy here. Hosts are so communicative and friendly. The area is peaceful and the pool literally steps from the door, ready for a daily visit!! We took several day trips around such as , breakfast in Matlacha and walked around the tiny town, we went to Boca Grande for a day of beach and shopping and lunch and the same in Siesta Key, all a must see. Punta Gorda has a nice Fisherman's Village for dinner and also little shops right on the water front. Hosts had everything we needed for our trips, chairs in a bag, beach umbrella even the cooler. It was so nice to come back to our lovely Floridian decorated condo and relax. Every morning spent in the screened patio overlooking a beautiful marina watching boats come in and out. Truly a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful accommodations!

We enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and so many extra thoughtful amenities. The view of the water and boats in the marina was breathtaking. The beds were super comfortable! The community is full of waterways and dining at Casa Cay or the trading Posts was always a delight. We can’t wait to come back!
