About the space
Paseo Playa Coral is a new luxury residential, launched in December 2021. Located in the heart of Bavaro, just 1 minute walk to the sea, this project introduces a new concept of vacation rental with hotel-type units. It has more than 40 apartments with 1 bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private terrace and a huge shared pool. We have a concierge service and reception that will help make your stay more pleasant.
The space
The accommodation
The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a built-in kitchen and living room. In the living room you can find a fold out couch (queen size bed) and a full bathroom. Then the master bedroom consisting of a king size bed, dressing room and full bathroom. It is complete with a private terrace with dining and living room.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours. There's no one else to share with. The pool is shared. You will access the residential through a 24/7 security checkpoint directly to the parking lot.
The apartment can be accessed either by stairs or elevator.
Other things to note
- Taxi: Price: US$40 From or to the airport
- Towels-Bedding Wifi: included in reservation All linens and towels are new. We will check the status of the same during check out. Stained towels or linens will be charged.
- Chef: 150 USD extra per day (groceries not included). Need to be requested in advance
- Electricity is charged at $20/unit (kwh). We will take one photo of the official meter during check in and one during check out. We kindly ask you to pay this bill before leaving. This will cover normal use, with A/C in each room overnight. While it remains a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid waste and preserve our beautiful island!
