Nothing there was wow. I am so disappointed. I slept 4 nights on a mattress smell mold. My room has broken phone, no coffee maker (I asked for it to get it) first day the cleaner came to my room left chips bags for me and didnt clean the room( I asked for the cleaning) and so many other complaints. The staff are messed up and spent my vacation back and forth to the reception to complain, last day I didnt have a good dinner as was planned due to bad service.

I didn't like that they tried to upsell me on my room, and wouldn't allow me to sign up for a upgrade, the property itself us nice, love the beach access. There wasnt alot of activities at night, maybe because we came during the week.

Beautiful Resort in Punta Cana. The Palma Real luxury amenities are definite plus for relaxation. Your assigned concierge makes all dinner and spa reservations at your request. We had the pleasure of Zenovia being our concierge and she was wonderful and very responsive to our request. If there was a dislike at the resort it was very minimal and address by the services staff promptly. The beach is on the grounds but depending on which building you are staying in it is best to hop aboard their golf cart shuttle which is very quick and constantly traveling back and forth.

We enjoyed staying at Circle Gran Reserve Paradisus Punta Cana. We were happy and extremely satisfied with the professional and friendly service throughout our stay. The staff and our personal concierge went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a wonderful one. All of their facilities and suites are modern new and clean.

We stayed in the Reserve. It was very clean. The entire staff was very friendly. We never heard no once. Surprisingly for an all inclusive the food was really good and i did not feel it was repetitive. the spa was fantastic. and i like the idea that you can spend an entire day there.

At first we had an inconvenience at check in and much disorientation as first timers. The map given to us at the hotel was super small and couldn't tell where we were. Some of the staff at the restaurant were not serviceable but the ones at the bar and by the beach were great!!

Experiencia muy decepcionante
La verdad es que fue muy decepcionante. Nos cambiamos de otro hotel a este que tenía un precio de más del doble debido a que habíamos estado antes en Paradisus en México y había sido muy buena experiencia. Fue un gran error. Este hotel está viejo. En la habitación había muebles rotos, pintura de los muros descascarandose, frigobar no funcionaba, etc. Nos cambiaron de habitación a otra mejor pero tampoco estuvo a la altura. Frigobar nuevamente malo, no reponían shampoo y útiles de aseo. Muchos restaurantes estaban cerrados. Definitivamente no es el mismo nivel de servicio que Paradisus Playa del Carmen. Y si va a ir a Punta Cana, es muchísimo mejor el hotel Catalonia y a menor precio. Estuvimos ahí hace un año y quedamos felices. Fue un error no haber repetido.

This is my second time at this resort and it was a huge let down compared to my first experience there. We went with a big group and some of us had to move rooms because of non functioning ACs. Even when we were moved we realized the bedroom felt muggy and sheets were almost damp from the humidity in the room. Room service was a joke sometimes would come sometimes would take way longer than they said. The menus in the room weren’t updated so it was hard to order because once you called they informed you that they don’t offer everything on there anymore. Food was okay I remember it being much better and a lot of their restaurants were closed which was disappointing. I personally was very upset to see how much has changed. We loved this place but we won’t be back after seeing what it is now.

There are several Paradisus properties and this one isn’t the best. Go to Paradisus Palma Real; or Circle, the newest property. The property of paradisus Punta Cana is beautiful . The grounds are beautifully designed .The beach is gorgeous snd the 2 pools were very pretty. However: This property is supposedly being renovated. The food is terrible. The service is mediocre and the command of English among most of the staff is poor. We did not like that we had to walk 10 minutes to the beach though they have little vehicles they can transport you back and forth in. The beauty and serenity of the property was great. Very intimate.

Beautiful resort but only half the restaurants were open . Food was mediocre and drinks were watered down. We were treated poorly if we did not compensate the staff generously time after time. In laws had no hot water for half their trip but their was no sense of urgency to fix it. Not a five star!

Excellent all inclusive resort, breathtaking....we had an unforgettable experience. Everything in general about this resort was amazing, including staff. The beach very clean and beautiful, white sand and turquoise water. Would absolutely recommend. Can’t wait to come back soon.

We are certified by Cristal International Standards and we follow strict hygiene procedures in the management and preparation of food and beverages. It's important to mention that all of the water we use either for drinks, food, ice, and so on, is purified. Regarding the smell in your room, please allow us to comment that due to our tropical weather, humidity levels are high; therefore, we recommend our guests to keep the air conditioning on. Given any discomfort, we are also able to offer a room change or placing a dehumidifier in the room. We really hope you change your mind and come visit us again. The property landscape and beaches were exceptional. Very Zen! The food was above and beyond exceptional. The waiters always very helpful and smiling. The front desk staff however was not the best and our check in was very displeasing. We paid for King suite and got a suite with 2 single beds. They told us to push our beds together. That was was not acceptable. With trying to get what we paid for they told us they would have our room ready the next day. However, that was not the case. Not without paying a 650$ upgrade with a coupon brought it down to 450$. Our room was not cleaned from the people before and services that were to be offered daily were only received one night. Our room also had running water from the ceiling running down through our closet. All of my dresses wet which was evening wear were soaked. They didn’t even offer to do laundry of my clothes. On another, we were heading out on an early morning excursion at 630am and needed beach towels. We asked the front desk clerk and he said he couldn’t help us. So we asked another employee (not the front desk) only a few feet from the front desk and no problem. Beach towels in hand. We have spoken with customer service with the our troubles and no reimbursement for something we had booked with proof.

The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding!!! The people were very friendly. You could see that they put much work for us to have a good time. There were very few bycicles available. There were a lot that needed to be repaired and during the week we stayed nothing was done (and this is somthing the hotel offers). I think there should be more than 10 usable bikes for so many guests, and the 7 that need to be repaired should be repaired inmediatly. Regarding sailing boats also offered as an amenitie, the people in charged always invented an excuse in order not to lend them to us (maybe something to do with me being a woman). I went to the next hotel and they showed no problem. I ended sharing my experience with somebody in charge in the hotel and after that I had no problem.

The resort was realy beautiful. Very clean, but services was intentionally very bad. They were ignorant. No restaurant at all. we reserved 3 different Restaurant and end it up in same place, just slightly different menue. The spa equipments were all out of service.
