I do not recommend staying at Paradise Dukasi Los Corales.
This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities.
The elevator was frequently out of service, making it difficult to get around with luggage. The bed linens were stained and looked like they hadn’t been properly changed. There wasn’t even a blanket provided. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and appeared as though it had not been cleaned after previous guests. There were broken fixtures on the balcony, dust throughout the room, and the hallway lights barely worked, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment.
The property looked nothing like the expectations set by the listing. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I spent my time dealing with unacceptable conditions. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to check out early and pay out of pocket to stay somewhere else, which cost me additional money and disrupted my trip.
I booked this property through Expedia, and I believe I deserve compensation for having to end my stay early because the accommodations were not clean, safe, or as advertised.
I strongly encourage future travelers to read recent reviews carefully before booking. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
