LOCATION:

Villa Okyanus is located at the exclusive Cap Cana Resort in Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on a bluff above Punta Espada golf course, overlooking hole 15 and with a 180-degree ocean view.

Cap Cana is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier resorts in the Dominican Republic and a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities worldwide, not to mention a popular filming location for Hollywood and Netflix movies. Cap Cana stands as a premier destination that offers an array of luxurious amenities, pristine beaches, and world-class facilities that create an idyllic setting for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

The resort offers a wide array of amenities, including Juanillo Beach, considered one of the Caribbean's finest, and Api Beach Club at the marina. Additionally, you can enjoy Punta Espada, an oceanside golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus, renowned for its excellence. Other attractions include restaurants, bars, beach clubs, tennis and paddle courts, Lago Azul with kayaks and paddleboards, an equestrian center and polo club, running and walking paths, and the El Dorado Water Park (opened in 2024). Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located right close to the resort - 8 kilometers or about 5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Okyanus is a luxurious 6-bedroom, 6 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with incredible golf- and ocean views!

This villa is perfect for travelers looking for complete privacy and tranquility. A secondary gated entrance, manned by 24-hour security, marks the beginning of the street leading to Founders where the villa is located. Additionally, there is a private gate providing access to the property.

Once you pass through the private, electronic gate, a remarkable driveway lined with majestic palm trees leads you to the villa.

When you step through the grand entrance door, you’re immediately welcomed by the beautiful, open living space and sky-high ceilings. The unique design of the living area allows for the Caribbean breeze to flow through and keep the space cool.

Downstairs, you’ll find the main kitchen, a second “staff” kitchen, formal dining area, formal living room, and access to the main terrace and pool area. Both kitchens are expansive and fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. Additionally, your villa rental includes a private chef who will expertly prepare all your meals during your stay, allowing you to unwind and savor every moment of your vacation (food and beverages not included).

Step into a world of contemporary elegance and relaxed vibes at this property, where the minimalistic and clutter-free interior sets the stage for a serene ambiance. From the living room, step out onto the covered terrace, where a cozy sofa sitting area awaits, offering panoramic views of the swimming pool, golf course, and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Start your day with a workout on the platform by the cliffside and salute the sun as it rises over the ocean in front of the property. During the day, soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers by the pool, and whenever you need to cool off, you can step into the pool or Jacuzzi directly from the terrace.

Villa Okyanus has 6 bedrooms. There are There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary suite with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, private living room, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the pool, golf course, and the ocean.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the pool, golf course, and the ocean.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and access to a private rooftop terrace.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace with access to the pool area.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a shared living- and dining room.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
