All inclusive with really bad food, the drinks are okay, didn’t receive my voucher, the just gave me some useless coupons. Over all not impressed.

Customer service was awful, bad service at the front desk , buffet staff . They said the transportation was included and they said we have to arranged with a different people and they never help me to arrange this service.

Una propiedad vieja muy mal servicio de habitación muy mala comida en el buffet,y en el 66 . En el steakhouse solo puedes consumir unas pocas comidas . Las demás tienes que pagar ejemplo el ribeyes steak, y otros platos.la discoteca terrible , el casino son solo 5 maquinas.necesito un libro para escribir todo lo terrible de este hotel.y para cosmo desde que haces el check in ya tienes a alguien haciéndote perder el tiempo tratando de venderte un paquete . Y al siguiente día te esperan en la puerta del buffet para empezar a darte un charla.increíble nunca pensé que esto me pudiera pasar.el aire en el segundo piso no enfría y no por que este roto es por lo viejo del hotel que el ático desprende mucho calor y la máquina no puede bajar la temperatura .nosotros tuvimos que quejarnos y nos mudamos a otra habitación en el primer piso ,ahy si enfriaba, el baño desprendía una peste horrible.para que seguir vaya y comprobaras que no miento para el que vaya a punta cana P.O. primera vez si va a ese hotel no vuelve a punta más nuca

Food was not good, drinks were terrible, staff was unbelievably rude. Would not recommended coming to this resort ever again. Harry the butler was the only nice staff you had. Thank god for Harry and the “whatsapp” he deserves 5 stars. The resort, driving staff, restaurant staff, and bartenders need new jobs. 0 STARS

Beautiful property with a fantastic pool and beach area. The dining is limited as the 4 restaurants onsite are always booked so you are limited to the buffet which is good but becomes repetitive after a few days. Staff is nice and facilities are clean.

The Gym area need a huge update…!! Machines are old and some are broken, also when you do presentation do it as quickly as possible, do you have to understand that we are there for vacation and relaxation, we dont want to spend over 1 hr trying to sell us the membership, btw is good but you have to go straight to the point. Overall is a good resort with nice crew.

Overall a good resort but the bedsheets and pillowcase were dirty and workers were somewhat rude and gave us different information than what was given on the website. So either the information was wrong and shouldn’t be on the website or the workers were wrong and giving us a rude attitude.

Several members of their staff came off rude and unwilling to do their job task, ie place dinner reservations for some of the restaurants. On arrival, I entered my room to find a panel of the closet on the floor, the room smelled of mildew and the AC was non existent. TV is outdated. The 2nd night, I had someone knock on my door and before I could answer, let themselves in my room inquiring about my TV (that I never called about). After reporting all of this to the front desk, no one reached out to give an explanation or a new room. NEVER returning to the property again.

Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun

Rude staff. COCKROACHES in our room. Several bed bug bites. This resort was an awful experience. My family and I have traveled to many places over the world—this is by far the worst of the worst. I am in shock at how dirty it is and the lack of accountability when it comes to cleaning the rooms. Bed bugs are awful and now I have to deal with them in the comfort of my own home. I will never come here again, not even for free. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

It is important to note that our recent reports have shown no evidence of bed bugs in our rooms. In the Dominican Republic, especially along the coast, there are sand flies that can cause skin reactions in guests with sensitive skin, which may sometimes be mistaken for bed bug bites.Regarding the presence of cockroaches, we understand how distressing this can be. Despite our best efforts to mitigate their impact, the tropical climate and environment can unfortunately be conducive to their presence. We continue to strive for the highest standards of cleanliness and pest control to ensure our guests' comfort.We are very sorry to hear about your interactions with our staff. The resort was beautiful, the steak house wasn't good to me, but the other restaurants were good. The room needs to be updated, especially the closets. My room smelled out and I kept spraying my hair fresher. Hate that my balcony faced a wall but still wasn’t bad. Just need the rooms to smell better

Tuvimos una estancia de 3 noches en el Ocean Blue and Sand, sin aire acondicionado en las áreas comunes y con un aire acondicionado muy deficiente en la habitación. Al investigar, encontramos quejas similares desde 2015. Elegimos este lugar por el buen rating en Expedia, pero nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

The staffs at this hotel are racist!! The hotel staff have been reported to engage in unauthorized entry into guest rooms, resulting in the theft of personal belongings and currency. Moreover, there have been instances of fabricated accusations and extortion, leading to unwarranted arrests when guests inquire about such incidents, often exacerbated by language barriers. It is recommended to consider alternative accommodations for an enjoyable stay in the Dominican Republic. El personal del hotel ha sido reportado por realizar ingresos no autorizados a las habitaciones de los huéspedes, lo que resulta en el robo de pertenencias personales y dinero. Además, ha habido casos de acusaciones falsas y extorsión, lo que lleva a arrestos injustificados cuando los huéspedes investigan dichos incidentes, a menudo exacerbados por barreras lingüísticas. Se recomienda considerar alojamientos alternativos para disfrutar de una estancia agradable en la República Dominicana.

Let me start by saying this was probably one of the worst “all inclusive” I have been to recently. 1) this is a 2 tier resort, either you are a “regular Guest” or you are a “premium” guest and trust me they make you feel the difference so you can upgrade and buy a vacation package for 20k USD, yes 20 Thousand. 2) our “regular room” had AC malfunction, when we arrived the smell más awful a mix of sewer and humidity. The mini bar was completely empty, I mean nothing at all! What is worst is that it took staff 2 days to fill it! We literally had to beg for them to stack water, the maid had to go out of her way on our second day to get us a semi full mini bar. 2) some Not all workers were just rude. If you didn’t have a “premium” bracelet you were a second class citizen. 3) Food was average at best nothing to wow about. You have to make reservations at some restaurant and if you were not a premium member, guest what? You had to wait til they finished eating. At the sport bar we ordered some wings just to be told by the waiter that the wings were for “premium” members only. The white shirts are salespeople with commission based system where they offer you “premium” status for a cool 19,500 dollars. That’s the entire goal here. Get people to buy a yearly vacation package worth thousands. The night activities were good, probably the best part was the fire show, besides that Michael Jackson show and the piano bar were also good. We made our complaints in person,no one cared.

Very enjoyable stay. Service and entertainment were excellent. If you wanted to relax you could do that or there were always activities going on. Food at the buffet was good, the pasta bar was always excellent. Lots of variety. Very easy to get around with the trolly consistently going. They have an amazing coffee shop we went to every morning. We ate at the Mexican restaurant and it was very good, the route 66 restaurant did not have good service and food was very mid. Perfect trip for my four girlfriends and I.
