Flott hotell rett med stranden. Eneste negative var at servicen var veldig skuffende. Spesielt i det største spiseområdet var kelnerene sure og uoppmerksomme.

This resort is very low class the food was so bland no flavor at all the I ordered a pizza and it was burnt. The service was mediocre they were not very accommodating to our needs. No AC or fans around the property to keep you cool. The beach and the pool was nice. We ended up leaving this resort and going to the royalton (highly recommend) if I stayed at this resort I probably would of never came back to punta cana again thank God we left and went to another place for our vacation. I would never recommend the Occidental aka accidental

I stayed with my husband 5 days but 3 to 4 days would had been best. ROOM: We got the room with the ocean view and jetted tub, the tub had a leakage and jets almost didn’t work. My room was a bit dirty (hair at bathroom floor). Bed and pillows super uncomfortable. FOOD: Restaurants were good. The buffet at main lobby the food was good but not great, the staff needed more training, drinks were not served when you seat to eat, they will serve you drinks when you are almost finish eating and if you need silverware it’s best to get it from another table rather than wait for staff. The best buffet service is near the beach at Las Caracolas. ENTERTAINMENT: Shows, Parties, Staff…Excellent! BEACH AREA: Clean, very nice. I wouldn’t stay at this Resort again. ✌🌺

Es el PEOR hotel de punta cana,jamás volvería a ese hotel, o sea ,el peor servicio al cliente que he recibido en mi vida especialmente los camareros y el trato será muchísimo peor si eres dominicano,porque entenderán que no podrías darle propina y por eso ni te atenderán. La estadía fue de 3 noches.. muy callado en las noches..el Servicio al Cliente (JULIAN) fue espectacular por el día no habian muchas actividades.. en las noches habia una discoteca de 11pm a 2am donde ponian todo tipo de música, antes de esto habian unos Shows en el teatro.. empezaban a las 6pm ... la playa por la época habia mucho salgazo(seaweed) pero todo se paso en general muy bien...!!

We had a great experience here - the property is clean, grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pools and beach are amazing. While the rooms are basic, they are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Cleaning staff was great and restocked everything daily. Food was good and staff were friendly and attentive!

Poor customer service to Americans! I travel a lot and this was the worst experience I had my first time in this country and I’m not sure if I’ll try again, on a boat cruise I came to a different part didn’t have this experience Food poor quality staff didn’t want to give me information on the free activities on the resort only concerned with trying to sell me something or attending a presentation

I stayed for five nights with my wife.The stay was very pleasant we had a good time. The food was awesome with so many dining option and staff was very nice. Room was good but the bathroom was not upto the mark.We would definitely come again.
