Modern and spacious villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF included.

Luxury The Dream villa is located in Tortuga Bay (private gated community inside Puntacana Resort & Club), 1 minute of walk to the famous wild white Serena beach.

The Dream villa has outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

The Dream villa consists of 6 suites (6 rooms + 7 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool with 2 fountains, parfait for relaxing and swimming.

As guest of Luxury The Dream villa, you will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana /Casa Clubhouse and Tennis Center, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yolanda, La Mare, Bamboo …). Enjoy all the resort has to offer !!!

The Dream villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEFF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but he CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. You can sit back, relax and enjoy your stay.

Within 10 minutes of villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer from/to the International airport Puntacana (PUJ).

If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected guests/paid companions will not be approved too access.

Property is 1 minutes of walk to the beach Serena and 5 minutes of walk to the Casa Clubhouse (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool, Six Sens Spa).

Leny & Olivier thank you for sharing your wonderful house with our family (my wife and I our three kids aged 23, 21 & 16 and two girlfriends aged 23 & 21) over New Years. Your communications ahead of our visit helped us be prepared for an easy arrival and airport transfers. Lorenzo (Property Manager) was amazing at stocking the house with all the food (and beverages) we requested for the week. Jorge (Chef), Luce, and Rosa were amazing at cooking delicious meals that accommodated our requests for local flavors and they kept the house spotless during our stay (including always having fresh towels for the beach and pool). It was very helpful that one of our guests spoke Spanish to coordinate with Jorge, Luce and Rosa. The 6 bedroom each with private full bathrooms were spacious and always clean. The outdoor movie screen is nice (after dark) and the sound system was used all day around the pool. The golf carts were great allowing us to explore Punta Cana including the beaches, the Westin, and the Lagoons at the environmental center (which Lorenzo helped us get discount tickets for). None of our family are golfers so we cannot comment on the golf, but the course looked amazing.

The house was wonderful and so was the staff. We really enjoyed having all our meals prepared and appreciated their flexibility with us each day as we planned meals around various activities we had scheduled. The staff were so kind to us, particularly Luz, Maria, and Esmirna. Lorenzo also helped us organize any activity we wanted all week- including a hard to get last minute Thanksgiving dinner reservation for ten people! We had an absolutely wonderful time and loved the golf cart life and convenience of getting around the resort from this gorgeous house. My only small tip to future guests would be to pack all your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as those items are not included. Lorenzo was wonderful and went out and got some for us at the store.

The PERFECT property for 12 women to enjoy a friends getaway! We stayed at a sister-property last year and upgraded to this one this year - what an amazing experience!! Working with Leny to organize our stay including menu and transportation was easy - she is lovely and so very personable, Chef Francisco was outstanding and the quality/quantity/presentation of food was incredible, the attentiveness of the staff (Patrice, Luz and Isabelle) exceeded our expectations and the property was every bit as beautiful as described in the listing. You won’t find a better experience anywhere!!

This Villa was a dream come true to our entire family. All the information provided by the host prior to check in was accurate and focused on our needs Once we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the service and responsiveness the house staff and chef provided. The owners were available to us the entire week and helped us book massages, tours, and provided on the ground information we requested. For a true relaxing and luxurious stay, I'd not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Above and Beyond

We had a large group of 12 adults. The experience was exceptional. Perfect place to stay. From arrival to departure our experience was incredible. The owner, manager, chef and staff were attentive to the needs of every guest. The house and pool are spectacular and the food outstanding. The staff and chef were amazing, they provided transportation to and from the airport, transportation was also provided from the villa to any location as requested. Management staff did all grocery shopping as requested, I highly recommend this villa, we are already talking about returning.

There was a disconnect in communication as none of our staff spoke English-thankful for the translate app. It would have been great if at least one of them were bilingual. This is the only thing I can say I would have liked to be different. The house was gorgeous. Food tasty, excursion company choice, photographer referral, everything was first class. The golf carts are a must. Be sure and visit The Westin for great beach photos and relaxation. Tie 10 of us had an amazing time! Book NOW!

Amazing house, great staff

This house was amazing - clean, bright and with great staff. If you are going to utilize chef, definitely let him stick with Dominican food -- Robinson was amazing at Dominican food and stuff that was his specialty - do not go for "american" things even if you think it's simple - you will be disappointed (ie- burger). Not trying to criticize - just be honest so people can have the best vacay possible The 3 house-keepers were great -- there was no servicing of snack or beverages by the pool --- which i thought there was more service -- but only during meals (so if butler service is important to you - this isn't the place). location was great -- you can walk to the beach. It took us a few days to figure out where things were -i would have liked more info during check in -- but that wasn't the case at all. Zero English- you get your translators out. I didn't like how house manager sent "couriers" if we needed something -- you would just get receipts and be asked to pay. Besides that house manager (manuel) would bring receipts and i would pay him -he never left receipts to review so I just trusted. Definitely missed some requests too, but all in all it was a great stay and we absolutely come back and be better prepared. There were 10 adults. Owner was gracious and very helpful (Leny)- she made the trip by allowing us to stay a few extra hours- that was SO helpful.

Fabulous Punta Cana Stay

The house was perfect for our large group of 14 celebrating our collective birthdays. Lots of space to spread out so that everyone felt like they could relax and enjoy.Communication with Leny was excellent. Manuel did a great job as did the chef and the housekeepers. We really felt spoiled! I would highly recommend this property.We rented golf carts through Leny, which were very helpful in getting around the resort. She also helped us book massages which were excellent.

Perfect Vacation

Beautiful home in the Tortuga Bay community of Punta Cana Resort. Outdoor spaces are amazing. House staff was the best...shoutout to Rafael for his awesome cooking and the 3 amazing women who pampered us the entire week. Laundry and cleaning done daily. House is in a perfect location...beautiful golf course view and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach club a 10 minute walk or quick golf cart ride. Thank you to Leny (owner) for her help in planning our week. Our group will definitely be back!

Amazing week in Punta Cana

Fantastic property and staff

This house and the staff were absolutely incredible. Communication leading up to the trip and communication during was great. The food the chef (Enmanuel) cooked was amazing and had a great menu for us. The pool is so close to the beach and right along side a golf course that we played. The golf carts are a must and we went to the Westin when we wanted a beach with service. It is walking distance to another private beach. The house was fantastic and great space for the 6 couples that went. Can'r recommend enough. Leny- the property manager and Manuel who helped while on property are all very accomodating. Very safe neighborhood and they will coordinate anything you need.

A Great Time

This house is wonderful. What makes it more wonderful is the attention paid to guests by Leny, Olivier and the team. Our chef was Raphael and he was assisted by Patrice and Anna. The food was meticulously prepared to our order. The house was very clean. Air conditioning worked really well, but I like it cold :) The neighborhood was great for walking. The beach club was beautiful and close by. Rides to stores and anywhere else were made super easy by Alejandro. Golf carts are a must! In hindsight I would have rented a car so i could drive to La Romana to visit friends. Overall, i would highly recommend Leny and any house she manages.
