Everything was super nice except for the snorkeling excursion that we booked through the property. We were told they were going to take us snorkeling but just took us too a party spot instead.

Pague por una habitacion con jacuzzi y vista al mar , el jacuzzi nunca funciono y nunca me cambiaron de habitacion, la vista que teniamos al mar todos los dias la tapaba una camioneta de trabajadores que estaban remodelando dentro del hotel, el aire acondicionado se descompuso y filtro agua mojando mis pertenencias, la persona de limpieza no limpiaba bien. La comida era buena y los shows tambien. El cuarto olia mucho a humedad.

Most the staff had very bad service. They did not care about you much. All the dining is somehow fully booked even 6 days in advance so you are stuck with the horrible tasting buffets. 1. AC did not work through out the stay we had to use a fan 2. Room service: omg the food are the worse i had in my travel years in an all all inclusive resort. They microwaved the food and just give it to not fresh. 3. Everything closes to early. Coffee shop 7:30pm Gym opens late and swimming opens 9 or 10am. 4. Not to kids Friendly. Why i say that cause we have kids, babies and toddlers coming in but people are smoking around the pool area where there are kids. Complained about that but they didnt care. 5. Not enough attractions for kids. 6. Beware with timeshare because they waste my timing assume that they are from the hotel and by giving free lunch and message. 7. The restaurant that we went to the food was so bad omg i had better. 8. The Indian restaurant was the best out of all the 6 restaurant that we went to. I really habe to give 5 or 6 star for the chef Dayal Patel he was just amazing and had the best personality and he didnt have to but made some special food for my son birthday and made it more welcoming. Thank You to him. Good thing staff had a smile and happy.

Majority of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and eager to assist, even with the language barrier. The facilities are pretty updated, and if/when support is needed, room service is always quick to help! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Wow what a great hotel!! I had an ocean front room what a view. It came with the best concierge Rafael he had all my needs taken care of!! Rafael made my reservations for dinner every night what a great young man. I travel often and I’ve been coming to the Dominican republic since the early 90s and this was one of the best hotels and staff I’ve had the privilege to enjoy. Clean rooms properly is very well mantained bar tenders are friendly and will wip up a special drink just for you if you ask. Thank you to all the people I had the pleasure to meet.

We’ve been to Grand Palladium in punta Cana twice now, and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The landscaping is amazing and very well kept. The beach is beautiful and they were very good at removing the seaweed off the beach every morning. Our accommodations were great, we stayed in one of the loft rooms. The AC could have been better but I guess because of the size of the room, it was harder to keep it cooler. The staff were friendly and did a great job at making sure our stay there was comfortable. We found the food to be great but we also aren’t very picky eaters. We enjoyed the specialty restaurants we were able to try, and we all agree the ones we liked the most from what we tried were La Lola and El Dorado. Special thanks to Rafael at the front desk who was able to help with our dinner reservation change without hesitation and would check in on us to make sure we were doing okay. 10/10 service.

This is the best resort I have stayed at. The staff are excellent and I had the best concierge Cesar who was on top of everything and made sure I was always happy. The beaches are wonderful, food awesome, gardens beautiful, cocktails excellent. I will be coming back to this resort!

We had a wonderful time at Grand Pallidium! It was overwhelming when we got there traveling as mom with three kids - two teenage boys and 10 year old boy - but I cannot say enough how excellent Rafael was - he was there when we checked in - since we were late, he had made dinner reservations already for us - which was amazing because I had not figured out the app yet. Anytime I needed anything - he was there and helped. My son got a stomach bug and he came to the room and helped me get medicine and showed me where/how I could use their onsite doctor. Even on his day off he still messaged back and helped with my questions. He arranged taxis, helped us get fresh towels, helped with currency exchange, helped with virtually everything. We would have been lost without him! The resort was very nice and felt like we were staying in a high end place. The beach was great - and all the pools and activities were super fun. The food was delicious - and we loved the buffet and Japanese restaurant the most. Also the Argentina restaurant. They have a “train” you can jump on to get places which helps a bunch. I would definitely recommend this place - and ask for Rafael!

During our stay, the ceiling came down in our room, plaster covered most of our bathroom floor, the sinks, our toiletries etc. I contacted management and they said that they would send someone to fix it. They never came. Overnight, even more came down which woke us each time it crashed down. The next day, they finally came to look at it. They moved us to a lower level room and offered a 25 min massage as compensation for it. In my opinion, that was far less that should have been offered. At the very least I would expect that night to have been removed from our bill. Deeply disappointed with the customer service at this resort.

Great staff. Nice property. Beautiful beach. Couple things I wish were better - there is virtually no dining options between 12-7. Casino only opens at 7pm every night - would have liked something to do mid day when there wasn’t food options. Activities during the day are limited. Night activities were great. Their app needs major work! It isn’t updated, hard to navigate. Events and calendars are old. TRS has more food options and all day food access.
