When we arrived at the unit I received a message from the host that the AC in the unit was not working. The condo was very nice and in a great location but we could not stay with no AC. We were allowed to stay the night while we looked for other accommodations and given a full refund. Todd and VRBO did the best they could and we appreciated their efforts.

Everything was awesome! Our condo was clean and bright and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Having a washing machine was handy and easy to air dry clothes. The kitchen was well appointed and had all we needed to make a meal. The 3 pools were spacious and clean and literally steps from the beach. We loved our stay!

Beautiful Place

This place is a super nice, clean and spacious. We bought our own toilet paper and trash bags from home which were a huge advantage. I would stop on the way there and get ice and some food, because once you get there, no place to buy anything. There was only two places to eat in walking distance because the other hotels are inclusive only. The beach was amazing and beautiful but no waves for kids. The pool was super clean and quite. Great place for a relaxing family vacation. I would stay away from the peddlers at the beach, they were extremely aggressive. We felt very safe as security was always around and alert. We ended up eating at the Jelly fish but was very expensive. There is a place on the beach to the right which was a short walk that was excellent too. Lots of shops right behind it. There is a tiny restaurant right next to the Jelly fish called mamajuana, but we would not recommend this place. Not only was the food terrible, but you get hounded by the peddlers here.

Wonderful Stay!

The location is fantastic! It has a wonderfully private beach, that is uncrowded and safe. The condo was clean, very comfortable, and well appointed. Gregory, our contact during our stay, was attentive and accommodate, which made our stay extra special. The community is very private and quiet, making it a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy a tropical vacation. Very nice pools and well kept grounds. Convenient location, close to supermarket and other attractions in the center of Bavaro. Highly recommend Jellyfish, the restaurant next door.

Beautiful Condo with Exceptional Views

The condo unit was true to its pictures. * The beds were very comfortable. * Condo offered plenty of linens and towels, even beach towels. * Kitchen had plenty of silverware and smaller tupperware but lacked everyday glassware and larger bowls. Would recommend the unit adding a water cooler, as it was inconvenient to make trips to the grocery store. * Condo complex was clean, private, well secured, well maintained and beautifully designed. Of the 70+ units, probably 10 were occupied. Felt completely safe. * The lanai was spacious and private and offered a wonderful view of the beach. * Communication with owner and on-site property manager was swift and thorough. If you are not considering an all-inclusive resort, I would highly recommend renting at this condo complex and specifically renting this unit.

Home Away From Home

What a fantastic place to stay! After traveling to Punta Cana for several years and staying at various resorts we thought we would try a rental. We are so glad we did! The condo complex is right on the beach, and we quickly decided that this unit has the best location! Being on the third floor (there's an elevator) meant an ideal view from the balcony of the pools and the beach. It is also not in direct sunlight so it was never too hot to just sit there and relax. We were frequently able to open the sliders and just let the ocean breeze flow in. There are plenty of towels, bedding, cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. The beds were comfortable to our liking with memory foam toppers. The unit was very clean, and each room has its own AC control (key feature since the electric is a separate charge). Keep in mind that this is a rental so just a bare minimum of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. I will note that we had a couple of our Dominican friends staying with us so shopping was easier as they had their own car, but the stores are close by and would be an inexpensive Uber ride. Also, the condo's managers Gregory and Edgar were very helpful and just a WhatsApp text away with any questions or concerns. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner out at the Jellyfish as well as lunch at the Mama Juana Beach Restaurant, both located just next to the condo complex on the beach. We've done excursions on past visits to PC so didn't feel the need this trip. However, if you're interested, there are plenty of opportunities right down on the beach in front of the complex. In fact, one of our favorite things about our view was seeing all the boats moored out on the water. For the most part our month's stay was simply relaxing on the beach, by the pool, or on the balcony. Oh, and checking to be sure our hearts were still beating because we were so relaxed. So what are you waiting for? Enjoy Paradise!

Beautiful condo and grounds! 3 pools and directly on the beach! Restaurant in the grounds was going but pricey. Our favorite place was Onno’s!! Delicious and laid back. Remember to bring beach towels, they’re not supplied. Go grocery shopping as soon as you get there. Toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and filters, condiments from sugar to black pepper if planning to cook. My biggest complaint was the no show at the airport for our pre-arranged taxi pickup. Our flight was delayed so we were left to figure it out, which after some time was. We learned as we went…use Uber and get set up with 1 particular driver, they’ll be there or make arrangements for you.

Clean and right on beach. Great views

I loved the place however you have to buy everything you need including toilet tissue and they tried to charge me for electricity so make sure it you are aware of that because it can be expensive. So I will only visit places that it is included. Overall the place was quite and clean and centrally located.

Beautiful Beach

Not ready for prime time yet. In a food desert so have to take a cab/uber to town. Beautiful place but would have picked different spot had these things been known. Brand new property but minor things really detracted- 1 roll of toilet paper for entire trip, 1 trash bag, (told only provide 1) power had to be read and billed after leaving. No cabs knew how to get there,. Onsite staff was great
