Wonderful stay

Sabrina was great to work with. Mèlida, the included maid was awesome. The property is in a beautiful secured neighborhood and the golf cart came in super handy. The house is exactly as pictured, well kept, beautifully decorated and spacious. The outdoor area is picture perfect. We would definitely come back again.

The best home rental property

The property is as described. Beautiful home! Gated safe upper class community per the locals. Located in Punta Cana Village right by the airport, the shops, grocery store and mall. Which was great because we were able to take the golf cart to these areas. The amenities and details of the house were next level. Melida the maid was outstanding the reason I would return again to this property. She was pleasant, made sure she didn’t feel like she was intruding. Made us fresh coffee everyday, and she’s a heck of a cook. Makes you feel like you’re in a hotel because our beds were done daily. Just amazing. The worst part of the experience and the only issue I had was the check-in process. One tip, make sure you have WiFi. I could not communicate with the host unless it was through the VRBO app which was a challenge due to the internet, it’s slow and they had to let me borrow WiFi and the security so I can try to check in and get on the Vrbo site. The GPS took us to the wrong entrance of the gated community making it a challenge to get there. Once I got the phone number of the maid Melida instantly it reduced my anxiety of getting to the property. She was able to meet us at the gate and take us to the property. I recommend getting Melidas phone number in advance to avoid what happened to me so you have someone to communicate over the phone. Other than that this property is a 10 and I would come back again!!

Fantastic Home

Everything was just as shown in the pictures. Modern, clean & stylish. Prime location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, & a spa. The property manager was responsive & helpful. This property is amazing, don’t miss out.

Exceptional Hospitality in a Beautiful Home

This beautiful Punta Cana property is impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is very well decorated and offers a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to Ms. Melida's excellent service. This house is a fantastic choice. We look forward to returning!

Perfect!

The villa was just what we were looking for. And, then it got better when we arrived. The location was excellent. The villa was immaculate, not only in cleanliness but, the decor. I can’t even describe the added bonus of Melida!! What a gem of a person !! If you have second thoughts about having a person there—no worries. Melida was almost invisible but she worked at keeping the villa immaculately clean. We were able to cook in a well equipped kitchen. (Believe me not are all equipped even though they say so). If it’s your first time in Punta Cana village—- this is the place. Walkable to all the restaurants and pharmacy. Will I return? Yes without a doubt. The house has such a great feel. Very inviting, I think it was professionally decorated. Very high end decor throughout the villa. Loved it, loved it!!!! Absolutely no issues. Everything was in perfect working order.
