Didn’t like how we set up a reservation for the Japanese restaurant at 6:45 and had a massage planned at 8:15 and had to cancel because the restaurant didn’t take our order till 8pm! Service was horrible .

The food is average but expected for the price. The service is very inconsistent, sometimes you get excellent service and sometimes you get less than mediocre service. The hotel is beautiful and offers a lot for what you pay for but my main complaint is the check in and check out process. It took us one hour and thirty minutes to check in and 45 minutes to check out to the point that I had to request them to check me out otherwise I was going to miss my transportation to the airport. It takes them an average of 30 minutes to check in a single room reservation which seems insane. They walk multiple times to the back and even to the desk that is all the way across from the lobby. They really need to work on their check in process. Overall not a bad experience but I wouldn’t repeat.

The property is nice. Very large. Pools are big which is good. Great for families. Lots of options for the kids. As a single adult, it's also great if you like to be around people. The adult resort is connected to the family resort so you can easily walk into families if you choose to book the adult side. Tennis courts, huge amphitheatre, the gym is cool. Their entertainment is GREAT. Michael Jackson night is really good for a caribbean island. I felt like it was an off Broadway Musical in NYC. Please bring money to tip the servers and workers. Staff is very polite. The buffet staff can be a lil rude sometime. The Japanese restaurant is the best to me, it's very tasty. I didn't do the hibachi, just the regular menu. The Seafood restaurant is mid. If you like alot of garlic, you have to let them know. If all else fails with the restaurants, the Buffet is your best option and the sports bar. The casino is cool the night life is cool. Please keep training the GIRL DJ. She can't MIX... That's my only complaint. Please retire Suavemente and Gasolina. Her mixing sucks, everyone was requesting music cause we didn't understand her vibes. When all else fails she'd go to Rhianna's greatest hits. Like switch it up and do some research. Have your playlists ready. I understand the DJs have to play for a worldwide audience, but they should have their playlist ready. She's very beautiful but she needs assistance. She shouldn't DJ the whole night.

Liked - We have stayed at the property before and was aware of the surroundings. Didn't like - Would have liked to have known what VIP was? La propiedad esta en buenas condiciones , el área es bonita y acogedora . Pero el servicio y la cómida no fue lo mejor . El tener que rogar para que me dieran agua embotellada fue incómodo . The resort was relatively large compared to some other resorts I’ve stayed in Punta Cana in the past. The food and restaurant options was just average, I’ve had much better for the ala carte restaurants. The room was slightly older even though it’s well maintained and cleaned. The beach was very nice, quite shallow and clean water with some sea kelp on the sea floor about 10 metres away from the shore. For the price point, I think it was worth it.

I liked there was several stores to shop and personal by the pool were greaty favorite restaurants was Mexico lindo and las Brisa’s the servers were wonderful the coral staff needs improvement and just wished there was food by the pool area instead of heading out towards the buffet or sports bar , if they could have fries , burgers , wings and nachos by the bar just snack also had a big group of us 29 guest I wish it was easier to book restaurants instead of having to walk to guest services before our stay but honestly the resort was beautiful and clean and had a great time !
