«Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay.

«The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory.»

«The purpose of my visit was business, and this was my second stay, at this location, this year. My first stay was prior to renovations.
Before I get into what I did not like, I should mention the good experiences I had. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. The location was convenient for the airport.
For the not so good, I was disappointed to see the newly renovated rooms.

Very good hotel with extremely friendly staff. The hotel could be renovated but still more than ok. The only improvement area was the wifi system which was too slow.
