ON the Salmon River!

Welcome to the famous Salmon River in Pulaski, NY!

This is one of the very few properties on the river where your access is completely private, and that you dont have to pay a fee to fish!

The house features a gorgeous studio suite with its own fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, its own deck, grill, fire pit, and entrance - connected to the main part of the house via a laundry room hallway.

The main part of the house has two bedrooms - each with a full sized and twin sized bunk bed combo (all rooms have TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime video), a fully stocked kitchen (I really mean that - dont bother bringing anything other than food. I already have it), a comfy living room with a 70" TV, and a large deck with a grill and picnic table. The entire house can sleep 9 people,

The backyard has a 45' long, and 30' wide T shaped dock. The water is generally calm, and 6' - 8' deep at its edge. Perfect for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing on.

I also keep a 14' boat out there, along with fishing poles and tackle that is all available for guest use!

Interested in fishing? Well you can catch trophy Salmon, Steelhead, Walleye, Pike, and Small Mouth Bass right from the dock depending on the season!

Like gaming?
I have an Xbox Series X in the studio suite, and an Xbox 360, a Wii, and an original modified Xbox in the main part of the house. The modified Xbox has every game ever created on it from 1980 -2005. "But who wants to play video games when youre in such a beautiful place??" You might ask... You do =). Crushing your friends with a Red turtle shell in Mario Cart on a rainy day is soooooo much more fun in your mid 40's than it was when you were a kid. Trust me =D.

I also keep dice, and playing cards in the house if that is more your speed!

Charter Fishing - There are boat captains everywhere!. Just call ahead to book one!
