The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming estate with a swimming pool for rent in Puisseguin. It has a surface area of 190 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises living rooms, a kitchen and an equipped kitchenette, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m².

The first house is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds pushed together to form a double bed
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower

The second house (renovated barn) is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room with a home cinema and a kitchenette

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 3 single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private unheated swimming pool, open from May 15 to September 15, fully secured (lockable gate), with an adjoining room equipped with a shower and toilet
- A beautiful 1,500 m² garden with a view of the vineyards and a terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in a hamlet in Puisseguin, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Walks & hikes: Loops of 8 to 17 km around Puisseguin, Montagne, and Lussac, among vineyards, woods, and medieval castles.
Medieval heritage: Visit the fortified castle of Puisseguin and the fortress of Monbadon, both dating from the 14th century.
Romanesque churches: Saint-Martin de Monbadon and Saint-Pierre de Puisseguin, listed as Historic Monuments.
Vineyards: Tastings at family estates such as Château Clarisse or La Rose des Vents.
Local appellation: Discover Puisseguin–Saint-Émilion wines at winegrowers and cooperatives.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
