- All communication must take place via the messaging app. Our agents are available every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time, Mexico). We want you to enjoy a pleasant stay; if there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.
- Please send the full names/official IDs of all adults and the full names of the minors.
- Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. It is important to inform the host of your arrival time and to be punctual. Please note that if you do not provide notice, you will not be able to enter the condominium. Entry after 8:00 p.m. is not possible until the following day starting at 9:30 a.m.—and even then, prior notice is required. Advance notice is essential because a member of our team must be present to grant access, and it ensures they can arrive at the time you specify.
- The gym and pool located in Tower 1 cannot be used.
- When booking this apartment in Tower 2, you have access to certain amenities; the wristbands found in the apartment allow entry to the gym and spa. To sign up for massages, there is a logbook located next to the gym. You can sign up there and find the contact numbers to coordinate your appointments.
- Glass containers are not allowed in common areas.
- No pets.
- Please do not open or attempt to open the locked storage units; they belong to the owners. If this occurs, a fine of $500 pesos will be imposed.
- We can issue an invoice for tax purposes, just request it!

This space is managed by CoralEscapes, a professional vacation rental company. All of our units have basic criteria of services, cleanliness and equipment. We have special prices for stays of 1 month or more, contact us before booking!

By booking you accept the following conditions.

1) Additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation. Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. Unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)

2) As per HOA regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names and official identification of all adult occupants to complete a registration. This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.

4) Electricity. For stays of more than 14 nights, electricity will NOT be included and will be charged at 6 pesos per kWh payable before departure.

5) All our units are non-smoking; please smoke outside in the designated condominium areas—not inside the apartment or on the balcony. Thank you! A fine of 1,000 pesos will be charged for smoking indoors.

6) Check-In/Check-Out. Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. If you leave late without speaking to the host, there will be a $500 fee for every half hour you are late.

7) Electricity and internet service may be intermittent. These services are provided by third parties, so any failures, interruptions, or variations are beyond the host's control. Similarly, any issues related to the condominium are outside the host's control (such as pool maintenance or repairs to the condominium or amenities).


8) Please take care of the key/access card/bracelet; if you take it with you, you have the option to return it by 2:30 p.m. on the same day. Otherwise, or in the event of loss, there will be a charge that will be billed directly to the client.

9) It is important to check out by 11:00 a.m., as specified in the listing. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $500 pesos for every half-hour past 11:00 a.m.

10) Parties and excessive noise are not permitted after 9:00 PM; please keep noise and music to a minimum. Our units are designed for families, couples, and relaxation. Upon receiving the first complaint from neighbors, security, or the condominium management, we will be forced to cancel the reservation and require you to vacate the unit, in addition to charging $500 pesos fine for the inconvenience.
