Villa Maravilla

Casa Maravilla is a historic Spanish Colonial Villa just south of the “Zona Romantica” in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta. The Villa features beautiful gardens and a large outdoor terrace with views of the pool and ocean. The property has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an office which has a pull-out bed. The upstairs primary suite has a balcony with a spiral staircase leading down to the jacuzzi and pool. The spacious downstairs primary features the original clam-shell fireplace and has a terrace just outside the glass doors. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the first floor and an additional 3 bathrooms.

The Villa is meticulously maintained and features a gorgeous kitchen with top of the line subzero and a wine refrigerator. A dishwasher, microwave, 6 burner gas stove, toaster over and coffee maker all there for your convenience. Additionally, we offer a chef if you would prefer for an extra charge.
