The Space:
Welcome to Marbella, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's hotel zone. Just a short walk away, you'll find high-end restaurants, traditional food spots, a Food Park, two shopping centers with a supermarket, pizza places, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach is a 15-minute walk, or even closer if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel across the street! If you don’t feel like venturing out, no worries! There’s a fantastic communal pool surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and a separate pool for the little ones.

Located in a peaceful setting, this basement apartment offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Inside, you'll find freshly decorated interiors that create a cozy and comfortable space to unwind. The living area is perfect for lounging, and the kitchen is equipped for your daily needs. The dining area, with seating for up to six, provides a great spot for shared meals or casual gatherings.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed for a restful sleep, while the second bedroom offers two double beds, both rooms equipped with Smart TVs for your entertainment after a day of exploring.

Please note that access to the apartment requires going down a few steps. For added convenience, the condominium complex offers laundry service, allowing you to drop off your clothes in the morning and pick them up later in the day.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the condo and to all the common areas of the complex, wearing the bracelets provided inside the unit. Each lost bracelet costs $1,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found.

Check-in is 4 pm, the access before this hour is not permitted.
Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.

The Neighborhood:
Here, you'll be right in the middle of Puerto Vallarta's vibrant hotel zone! Stroll around, and you'll find fancy restaurants, local eats, a cool Food Park, two shopping centers, a supermarket, pizza joints, a spa, a gym, banks/ATMs, pharmacies, and nightclubs. The beach? Just a 10-minute walk away, or even quicker if you cut through the Fiesta Americana Hotel right across the street!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 6 km | 3.5 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). If you are arriving by car, there is parking onsite, which is first come, first served. Puerto Vallarta also has Uber, so you can easily get around. The bus stop is just outside the condominium.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Check-in is at 4 pm/16:00. Access before this hour is not permitted. Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm/22:00 to 9:00.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- The bracelets must be returned at your departure. Losing or not returning them will result in a penalty of $1,000 MXN for each one.
- A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in.
- A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice.
- The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in unit by using a code to access the keys in the lockbox. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
