We preferred the “time share” pool to the hotel pool because it was a little quieter than the hotel pool. From about noon on, the music at the hotel pool was unnecessarily loud.
The mattress on our bed was well past its prime and our pillows should have been tossed years ago.
Worst part of our stay was the aggressive time share sales tactics. We were not even out of our cab when it began. People masquerading as helpful staff were in fact trying to get you into a time share presentation. This experience practically ruined our first couple of days at the hotel. I felt suspicious of the friendly staff for fear I was about to be pitched some other service. It was extremely off-putting.
The location is good and the staff we encountered at breakfast and the pool were truly lovely.
