Property was fine, food was decent for an all inclusive stay. Not many activities and service was decnet at the pools and restaurants. Check in was difficult as well as dealing with our rental car. Property is far from town. Booked an Ultra Corner Suite and was not given that room on check in, so no corner suite and no 'butler' services. Also, no VIP Expedia services either.

I stayed here for my birthday and I had a wonderful time . The view from my room was AMAZING ! The service was excellent. My only complaint was trying to be forced to go to meeting for “timeshares” . They should respect that you decline to attend

This was a beautiful property for our get away. The staff was so polite, attentive, and responsive. The trolly was a convenient way to get around the property. The housekeeping team made up our room every morning and also offered turn down service which included restocking any drinks and snacks. I booked roundtrip airport transfers via the resort and we were picked up and dropped off timely and in a comfortable vehicle. The restaurant staff was very knowledgeable about food allergies.

Amazing resort, food was some of the best I've ever had in my life. The trolley is a great way to get around the property and to the beach. Only complaint is that I wish there was more activities to do around the resort, relaxing by the rooftop pool and beach was great with the incredible food and drinks served at both those locations but by the 6th day it got a bit repetitive. The kayak and snorkeling tour was the only activity we did and that was great.

Access to the buffet was limited to one location, requiring at least half an hour to reach. Moreover, our restaurant reservations were altered without prior notice. Room service was also delayed, and the check-in process was lengthy.

An Ok hotel but could be better. Check in process was horrible and very confusing. Staff looked unwelcoming, lazy, they even lost our restaurant reservation check list and when I went down to ask for it I was told that it will be re-written to make it neater however later the original check list was return without any rewriting. The staff also pushed for a vip breakfast presentation aka timeshare. Thank you, but no thank you. Be aware that lots of options are extra and not included in all inclusive price. Those “extras” are priced very aggressively like $250 massages and facials. Feels like Mexico forgot that it’s still Mexico and not Hawaii or New York City. There are several dining options, and while Chinese and Japanese restaurants are exceptional, Italian needs major work. I was serve a raw potato gratin, it’s cooking 101 for goodness sakes. Also be aware of $600 incidents deposit. Overall I give it 2-3 stars definitely not a five star hotel. There are other much more welcoming places out there.

Beautiful property, staff was amazing , my favorite experience was at Bocados Steak house. Our waiter his name is Ricardo Hernández. Make sure you if you dine at the restaurant you request to be taken care of by him.

Overall 5star all the way food was excellent except for blanco the staff were really good except the roof top pools were not as good seemed like they want big tips for service the room was amazing had the north tower corner suite outstanding would definitely recommend to others & will be back myself 👍

This was our third stay here in three years. Many couples we spoke with had stayed at this resort many more times over the years. We have not left the resort the last two visits. So relaxing here. Food is top notch, room service and restaurants. The roof top infinity pool is a hot spot here. Drinks are top shelf fresh made. Lunch menu at pool is spectacular. Staff is so very top notch. Super friendly and accommodating . The rooms, super nice and very comfortable. Hot tubs on balcony. With a hammock and comfortable wicker loveseat, and lounge chase. Bed is incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We have done both corner suite and center suites. Each has their qualities. We loved the mountain AND Ocean views with the corner suites. We just stayed in the Ultra suite center room, ocean view as well. Balcony was just as nice, still very large. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Toilet had bidet and heated seats, very much loved by my wife. All inclusive has the use of the mini bar in the room. Well stocked with top shelf liquor, not the mini bottles you usually find. 4 choices of beer as well as soda and sparkling water. Wine as well with glass stemware and glasses for your drinks. Snacks available too! We LOVE going here. Will return every year. The value for the money is defiantly there. Treated like royalty.

This property is average at best. Food was ok, some of the service is great, but some is average at best. The hotel also cuts you off at noon for your all-inclusive, if you have a later flight they will charge you for food and drinks even if you checked in late.

Very nice and clean. Rooms are great large with all the things you would need. Food was excellent throughout. The 2 negative was lack of night life only a roof top bar. The other was breakfast options only one restaurant that was always busy to long a wait had to go to Garza.

I have been here twice and enjoy this beautiful property bc of great service, clean room, great choices of gourmet food and free activities. But for safety of the guests, the hotel need to set up safety bars and clear steps of debris for nature walk by the river. Chinese and Japanese restaurants are excellent as well as Gaza Blue . All the staff are super helpful , friendly and polite

everything was great besides Concierge that was trying to sell us everything as soon as we checked in and also we got food poisoning twice after eating at Noi and Bocados and it was our honeymoon too which got ruined. Please be aware as poisoning at this all inclusive is an issue.
