You’ll also find a laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen, ready for everything from a gourmet meal to reheating last night’s pizza — or a midnight taco run, because let’s be honest, tacos always win.

* You’ll have complete access to the property during your stay, except for a few restricted areas. The supply storage cabinet and the network equipment cabinet are off-limits, as they are reserved for maintenance and authorized personnel only.

* Security cameras: Exterior cameras are installed for safety and operate 24/7.

* Neighborhood: Fluvial Vallarta is a quiet, family-friendly area — please respect quiet hours.

* Insects: This is the tropics — mosquitos and critters may appear if doors are left open. Please keep sliding glass doors closed, and store food properly to avoid attracting ants.

* Utilities: WiFi is reliable but may occasionally be slower than city standards.

* Parking & gate use: Safe street parking is available in front of the home; no vehicles are permitted inside the gate. The driveway space is compact, and many guests have accidentally backed into the gate, causing costly damages. To avoid issues, please do not tamper with, force, or attempt to open the garage gate — all vehicles must remain parked outside.

* Check-in: Guests receive a personalized smart lock code before arrival.

* Long-term stays: Weekly cleaning or maintenance may be arranged in advance with guests.

* Trash: Place all trash in tied bags (no loose trash/liquids) and put inside the outdoor bin next to the garage door. Once it’s in the bin, you’ll avoid a surprise guest list of raccoons hosting late-night parties.

* Water: Tap water is not drinkable — bottled water is recommended.

* Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. Owners are responsible for the pet fee and any damages caused. Please clean up after pets.

* A/C use: Please turn off A/C when leaving the home or when not in use.
