Amapas Beautiful Large 1 bedroom condo with view of the bay and city

Enjoy the beautiful views from the hills of amapas. This beautiful spacious one bedroom condo features a massive balcony with sliding glass walls providing beautiful views of the bay. It features a large master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioner, ceiling fan and smart tv. It also features a glass folding door with second small balcony. The living room features a pullout couch, smart tv and seperate air conditioner as well.

From the living room is the sliding glass wall to the beautiful large balcony over looking the bay equipped with loungers, seating and a small grill and outdoor sink. The condo also has a washer and dryer located next to the nicely equipped kitchen with cook top, micro wave and air fryer/oven/toaster.

The building has a pool as well with lounging area and is also equipped with an elevator. It is just a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk into old town zona romantica with all the restaurants, bars and shops.

Walking out the back way, via security gate near the pool and downhill to the Romantic Zone/Los Muertos Pier area was moderately challenging but much preferred to walking back up to the property. Trips back to the residence are readily abundant (and affordable) via ride share services like Uber). Evan, the host, is a Canadian expat that facilitates everything and provides helpful recommendations. Would definitely stay again. The building is under utilized so the common areas/pool, etc are like personalized amenities.

Love the porch with the view

The view is spectacular because it up so high on the hill/mountain. Uber rides are pretty quick and economical, but renting a car would have been better.Evan is a great host…very responsive and had lots of wonderful advice for us.

Puerto Vallarta Getaway

Overall this property was beautiful and perfect for our trip. The hill is steep, but definitely doable. Lots of space and amenities inside provided by the host for a complete stay. The neighbors have dogs they would howl at 8am most mornings. The host met us at check in, but was not there for checkout after we waited over an hour to meet with him and return the keys. Would stay here again during future trips!

Driveway up to the condo was steeper than we thought, other guests said the same thing. No hot water in the bathroom sink the whole two weeks after we were told that it was going to get fixed.

Pretty little condo

Evan is a great host, and the condo was a nice space to chill in the evenings and have morning coffee on the patio. The climb up the hill is no joke, but totally doable with the proper footwear and a few breaks along the way. :)

The property manager was very responsive. The building was located in a great neighborhood near restaurants, shopping etc. The unit was modern, comfortable with a great, partial view of the bay. The only negative was walking up the steep hill to get to the building.

Away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the centre and beach.

Lovely condo in a quiet location. Pretty steep hill so for those not fit it would be necessary to take a taxi up the hill. Bus stop was at the bottom of the road which was great. Bed was comfy. View was nice but had condo directly in front so only side view.

Great week in PV

The property was as advertised clean, secure and very nice views. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and things to do. The property is located on a high hill that is quite steep so walking can be difficult for those who are not mobile. Check in and check out was a breeze and any questions we had for the property manager were quickly answered. All in all we were very pleased with are with out stay in Amapas.

Comfortably close to so many wonderful restaurants, bars, dancing, cultural events. We enjoyed all of the walking, but our condo's hill was too steep.
