«Figured we'd stay in Mayagüez for a night and then head over to some waterfalls in the general area. I don't usually gravitate towards hotel chains, but the island is still on the mend from the storm of '17 and earthquake of '20, and Holiday Inn is doing a pretty good job of presenting well maintained and comfortable properties around the island. Bed was comfortable, room and facilities were in good shape, and it was easy access to grab a bite to eat in town. I'd stay there again.»

«The hotel has a beautiful campus, great pools and beautiful rooms in separate buildings that make you feel like you have a space all to your own. We loved the room, it was super spacious and tidy. The pool and bathrooms were great. We didn't spend as much time at the beach as were were driving out to special ones, but it was lovely to walk on the sand at night after dinners. We tried a few of the restaurants during our trip with top marks to Nectar, the only Puerto Rican one, which was ...

«We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. »
