«Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast ...

«My husband and I had the most incredible 5 night stay here!!! We ate at nori, Néctar, the poolside bar and had the breakfast buffet and everything was amazing. Our oceanfront room was fabulous. Staff was incredible and we can’t wait to come back!»
