«Rooms and property are beautiful and the staff is great. The wifi is not included, you have to pay for it by the day. The parking for guests is also not included. Be aware that the beach front is bayfront and there are no waves and the sand is only in the beach. Once you are in the water it is seaweed and rocks. It was a great base and amazing room to come back to after exploring all day but don’t plan to spend your whole vacation on site unless you just want to drink and sit in the pool.»

«The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we came to this property we were pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the room, the grounds and the pool. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the beach and centrally located in walking distance to other restaurants and shops. I recommend this hotel for single travelers, couples and families.»

«First and foremost, there is no water in san juan. Expedia is not doing their due diligence and putting a travel advisory before booking. Thank God la concha had water. Hotel is beautiful. Some of the workers at the restaurants acted like we didnt exist and it was on more than one occasion. Serafina food is amazing. Estefany at Aqa is amazing!!! I wont be back to puerto rico but the la concha will be missed»
