The room does not match the listing. two single beds pushed up against each other is not a king size bed. there is definitely insufficient space for two adults and two children, just the two adults. And the fridge is really good at keeping you stuff warm. otherwise it's acceptable: clean, safe, convenient location.

Excellent location, no elevators or coffee making facilities in rooms. Room service was very fast and all the staff were beyond helpful and wonderful to deal with. It was a very clean and nice place to stay with a huge Mall just across the road which was perfect.

We were not pick up in the airport for Expedia did not coordinate with then our schedule of check in and arrival . Other thing that Expedia did not coordinate was our tour the number you gave was cannot be contacted , the River tour they cancelled on the day of the tour that I was upset for that was the reason why we visited the place . I finally they contacted us after an hour late of our pick up scheduled just to informed the trip was canceled. I refused to be canceled and demanded us to be transferred in another tour group otherwise we will let them pay our plane ticket and our hotel . So they are forced to provide us another tour group . Your rate to us is very high when we direct to them it much cheaper and you don’t provide a good coordination service . Once you got the payment , we are of it’s own which was very stressful for your telephone number you provided no body return the call . I cancelled the second tour Honda bay 3 days ahead of time of the actual schedule so we expect a refund for that . since in your guide line 3 days a head cancellation. With this bad experience with Expedia poor coordination and service we don’t like to use Expedia at all nor recommend to our friends and family . Please improve your service .

Great Place
Great little hotel. Nice and clean. Great pool. Nice that it is across the street from SM Mall. I've stayed here numerous times and keep coming back.

This is more of a boutique hotel. The shuttle was great and picked us up on time. It’s literally right beside the mall and close to a lot of places to eat. Overall my stay was great and would stay here again.

Great staff in a good hotel close to the best mall
The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the bed is huge and comfortable and the rooms has air condition which is of course very nice for everyone not used to 30°C. They are always ready to help and even arranged for a birthday cake and song for my fellow traveller when we returned from one of our tours! The hotel offers 24 hours in-house massage, and I am sorry I only had time for one treatment as the masseuse was both professional and skilled. The hotel location is also really good for shopping as it lies but a very short stroll from the newly built and modern mall SM. I found the mall to have great prices for high quality clothes, shoes etc and I'd really recommend it if you're a bit tired of haggling prices at the market. All in all the hotel is a great place to stay, but it shows that it has been a while since it was last refurbished. It has a dated look, but that's not so important. The bathrooms in particular are not in great shape though, but they are clean and functional. The showers should be replaced and the exceptionally noisy ventilation as well. Some rooms have power sockets with both EU/Asia - be sure to ask for one if you forgot your adapter.

5 star on services,staff friendliness and accomodations,cleanliness , few steps from SM is a big plus . I felt its my second home with some added service perks. The only thing that spoiled my stay and probably most ,was very poor WIFI connection in the room most of the time NONE at all , you still need to go downstairs to the lobby or bar to have a good connection.Hhhmmmm...☹️😣☹️

The staff were friendly and the property was nice. Unlike the Discovery Primea of Makati, Manila, the Hotel Fleuris of Puerto Princesa has a transparent and thoroughly honest check-in and check-out process. I happily recommend the Hotel Fleuris of Puerto Princesa.

Staff hardly speaks or understands English. This makes it very hard to communicate and when we asked gor questions there seems to be misleading. As an example i was told that my check out was at 10:00pm so my flight was schedule for 8:00pm. Then i was called to inform me tgat check out was at noon. I would not recommend this place unless you can speak and understand their language.

Ett helt ok hotel som säkert varit superfint men behöver lite renovering. Supertrevlig personal och väldigt rent. Skulle absolut boka run där igen. Ligger 100m Ifrån nytt shopping mall!

SM mallに徒歩30秒でBay Walkも徒歩圏
買い物にも食事にも全く困らない立地。しかも静かでプールも泳げる深さと広さ。実に快適で、朝食はバイキングではなく選べるスタイル。大雑把に言うと肉、ハム・ベーコン、魚、果物をメインで選べます。フロントやツアーデスクも親切でとってもフレンドリー。Bay walk の帰りに食べ頃のマンゴーが1kg25pesoで５つ。何もかもお得。

will not come back to this hotel
i've never been to a hotel like this one, very strict with evrything! we cannot even bring food in the room, so strict w/ visitors, kept calling the room 10pm to tell us the visitors has to go, we have to pay for the pool 350/adult. sorry but never again.

Hotel is nice and centrally located. Very near SM mall (200m). Everything worked and staff was friendly and professional. Close port and airport. Biggest plus they pickup and dropout for free to airport (PPS).

sehr gutes Hitel und freundlicher Service
Das Hotel liegt in Flughafennähe. Es gibt im Grten einen sehr schönen Pool. Das nahegelegene Einkaufszentrum lädt zum shopping ein. W-Lan ist verfügbar. Das Hotel bietet kostenlosen Flughafentransfer an. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

Mycket vänlig personal, stort rum, varmvatten fungerar dåligt. Bra läge om man vill shoppa eller ta det lugnt på spa på närliggande SM City eller ligga vid poolen. God mat på japanska restaurangen bredvid hotellet. Dyrt i förhållande till vad man får.

Accueil parfait depuis le transfert de l'aéroport, y compris la réservation d'un circuit pour le lendemain 7h alors qu'il était déjà 18h. Le petit déjeuner américain est suffisamment copieux pour lester l'estomac. Le tout récent SM Mall est juste de l'autre côté de la rue (disons 60m depuis l'entrée de l'hôtel). Le restaurant de l'hôtel offre un choix de menu ou de très nombreuses spécialités japonaises. Le Musée de Palawan et le Capitole provincial sont à moins de 200m et la cathédrale à 500m. Un excellent point de départ pour l'excursion à la Subterranean River.

空港に近いホテル
空港から近く、周りにレストランなどあり便利なホテルです。次回も使用する予定です。ホテル従業員もフレンドリーで居心地がよかったです。

Good value fit money hotel in Puerto Princesa
If you plan to go to Puerto, this hotel is close to everything including the airport. They provide shuttle to airport for free. Nice personnel!
