The customer service is beyond awesome. Even out AC quit working they had us in a new room in 30 minutes. 😊 I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was there to make your stay enjoyable and trouble free. There is no negatives in this stay. 😊

All the staff were very friendly and so accommodating! It is also a very kid friendly resort. The staff were so sweet to our kids. We definitely would recommend to all our friends and family and will be coming back! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The food we ordered for lunch and dinner was also really good! Overall the service was amazing!

when we got into our rooms . It smelled of wood not the forest kind but the wood that hasnt been used in a while . Same with the towels . Understandable that some rooms are not used all the time but atleast check of the smell and also some of the areas in the room looked unkept ie - chair was dirty , dust on the windows. Our other room's toilet flush wasnt working but since we were only staying for 1 night my realtives just asked if we can have a taboo since we didnt want to get seperate rooms but never got 1. communication with check in receptionist and breakfast staff made not only the rest of the stay bad but the fact that they wanted me to resolve the matter while i was still eating breakfast made me very upset . The assitant manager that i spoke to explained why & i definitely understood the reasoning BUT the fact that it wasnt explained to me upon check in & also updated our beakfast voucher as 3 each room .. it did not make sense to me that i was told after the fact we were eating breakfast the next day that i had to pay another extra . I am unsure i have communicated this enough to the assitant manager since she was repeating the same thing that she said twice and i was repeating the same thing BUT when she turned to the one of the breakfast staff that was standing next to me and talked to her as if i wasnt standing in front of them .. that really put it over the top .if it wasnt for the laing pizza and some staff were great it was be a 1 star for me and my group.

Pros Really friendly and super helpful staff 10-15 minutes from the airport Quiet neighborhood 15-20 minute walk to Robinsons Mall Great variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Hot items change daily. Great pool Live entertainment Cons The hotel has seen better days. Some areas need refreshing. General fit and finish issues. Biggest pet peeve was functional stuff like our bathroom faucet spraying too vigorously that it would splash onto our clothing Not enough pool loungers Live entertainment past 9 pm (quiet time doesn’t start until 10 pm) Walls are paper thin – I could hear the baby next door crying as well as someone snoring. Needed to wear ear plugs.

Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Camere ampie e buoni spazi comuni. Buoni i servizi a disposizione (per esempio spa all'interno della struttura). Peccato per l'aria condizionata in camera che, anche se regolata al minimo, spara lame d'aria sui letti (difficile quindi riuscire a dormire per chi, come me, la soffre)

We my fiancee the kids and I stayed at the Paradise Hotel Puerto Princesa for 1 month. The hotel is very good, the employees in all areas do a very good job. The food is very good and varied. The rooms are well equipped and clean. There is a nice outdoor pool a gym and a bar with billiards and a large restaurant.

Staff are amazing, friendly, passionate and genuinely caring. We Can tell every single person is proud to work and serve at Aziza. We have stayed multiple times back in 2018 and 2019, and in 2023 its great to see they really have put a lot of effort to keep the property fresh. It still wowed us. One of the best lobbies ive been to (covered open air lobby and it is stunning - welcoming even as a daily rest area - its quite expansive, inciting and relaxing) Rooms are maintained and still quality, great beds. Great daily housekeeping service. Never had to call for any issues except a blocked toilet soon after we arrived but was immediately resolved and never reoccurred. We rented a car and parking was never an issue inside the property. Prior to arrival, enquires via email were promptly answered (usually within 20mins) They do have airport shuttle service available.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Original Deluxe room was very dim and had a little odor plus a bit crammed. We upgraded to a pool side room which was brighter, smelled a lot better and more roomy for 3 people. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

We booked this hotel literally at the very last minute as our previously arranged accommodations did not work out. Found this site on Expedia and booked from there. The accommodations were better then other places but there is still a lot of improvement that could be done. Overall staff was friendly, few spoke English and because of the langue barrier I think some became timid in offering assistance. Yet some staff went above and beyond for us. The tours offered through the hotel was nice, affordable and friendly. The rooms were disappointing not very clean. Housekeeping did not come to our room to clean until around 430 every day (we stayed 2 nights). We had to call the front desk 3 different times to have our toilet unclogged even when all we did was pee. The restaurant was open early and did offer a good variety of food for buffet. But once the food was gone no more was made. So if you didn’t get to the breakfast early you choices were limited. I really dislike giving bad reviews and struggles with writing this one, but want other to be aware of what to expect when staying here. Really hoping that hotel management will read these reviews and find ways to improve the hotel and the service offered.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a lot of variety and great food. The pool is wonderful. It’s quiet and so easy to go on tours or into town on a trike . The rooms are currently being updated, but they are spotless and comfortable. I would stay here again. It was a great find.

Otrolig service!
Servicen var helt otrolig! Litet mysigt hotell med bra priser både för övernattning och i restaurangen, en lunch låg på ca 60-80kr och en öl 20kr drink Max 40kr. Poolområdet är mysigt men begränsat med platser för att ligga i solen men det är nästan ingen som vill det pga värmen så vi hittade oss alltid en plats i solen. 10min in till Puerto Princessa ”centrum” och köpcenter som kostar ca 30kr med tricycle. Tips är att åka ner till ”night market” by the bay och käka på kvällen, mysigt och få turister! Hotellrummet var okej, sängarna var hårda och lite saker i badrummet behöver åtgärdas men allt fungerade så ändå ok för vår del.

Probably as good as it gets in the Philippines. The staff was extremely helpful which is rare in the Philippines. The food was great. Nice pool.Clean facilities. I would definitely go back.

Yes, Aziza Paradise Hotel is the biggest Hotel/Resort here in Palawan with 129 rooms and 4 villas with 2 rooms each, own private pool, Living room and an area where groupds can grill or hangout. Spacious poolside and Lobby and a garden like feel with all the greens and trees around. Very private and safe. We hope to see you again in your future visit here at your best kept secret in Palawan

The hotel restaurant food and service was terrible. I could barely get into my room because the door handle was faulty and it was the same for a friend's room. The beer they were selling at the hotel had rusted caps and was visible on the bottle tops when delivered to me. Very limited seating located around the pool.
