Vi er en familie på 8 personer, alder fra 14 år til 73 år. Vi storkoste oss noe av det beste vi har bod på. Mat og drikke, service supert. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Check in with was good. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). Fortunately, my sister who was in another room, came to check on me and called the operator for assistance. Someone came at about 12:20 to dry up the water. The next morning, the front desk at the Crown Residence told me that unfortunately the staff leaves at 10:50 pm so they must have forgotten to report it. I found this very unacceptable and the disdainful treatment by the lobby staff regarding complaints was horrendous. The service otherwise was excellent. The dining/restaurant staff were pleasant & the service was superb. Special mention to Fausto & Maria in Casa Blanca, Noel - Blue Lagoon & the Mexican Restaurant, Clara in housekeeping and all the wonderful staff that provided excellent service - that made the trip for me & my family memorable. The shuttle drivers were amazing & thanks to Jacob who never passed us while waiting - he took us on the gulf cart. Inspite of the unpleasant experience with the lobby staff at the Crown, the trip was good. Customer complaints must be taken seriously and I was especially bothered because I had my elderly mom who could have slipped on the wet floor.

Great property. This section of the resort is nice and quiet. The staffs friendly and attentive. The apt was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the other resorts was convenient and easy to use.

Way too many issues with suites. We had 3 separate suites & they all had issues including the Air Conditioner…. WHICH IS IMPORTANT IN A HOT COUNTRY. Also, no nightclub & extremely limited activities. Will not be coming back here.

The place needs better food and better transportation It’s so inconvenient that you have to be standing in the sun waiting for a shuttle bus. They should run every 5 minutes. The food was horrible at buffet and restaurant. When you are in the room there is no way to obtain a bottle of water. Will not stay there again

During my seven-day stay at the Crown & Residence Suite, I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff who always said "hola" and "Como estas." The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was super nice and spacious the staff were very friendly, from bell hop to front desk, room service, food everything was exceptional. The only downside was the member service, to become a member $20 thousand dollars it doesn’t even happen in the USA. Also, no coffee /expresso bar/stand inside the hotel, where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. I would definitely recommend this property again. Really loved it. Five star

So no one was going to tell me there’s peacocks living in the resort ? They were so beautiful and friendly. I had an amazing experience here, the people were kind. The shuttle was very convenient for commute. You can buy a SIM card at the pharmacy in the hotel for $15 usd. I wish they changed up the buffet menu every other day, tho there was a lot of options at the buffet, it becomes boring after like the 3rd day. Room was very modern with a beautiful bathroom. I was afraid it would be outdated as I read in the reviews but completely opposite. I will be coming back here again soon ❤️

We arrived at 4 AM and didn’t get a room until 6AM. My reservation was coming up as canceled and I had to pay for a room for that night. Then had to go back at 9AM to verify if my reservation was working again and to get my money back for the room I had to pay. They blamed Expedia. The food was disgusting. I’ve been back home almost a week and I’m still very sick from their food which I barely ate. The drinks will also make you sick and taste like rubbing alcohol. The staff was kind but the people trying to sell you things from the cigar shop and spa were always lurking and watching you to sell things to you even after you say no thank you. There was no entertainment or music.

By far the worse resort experience ever. Don’t go there do not recommend it. They treat people without the VIP really bad. Can’t even get an expresso there. Spend a little more money and go to a better normal place.

Having access to numerous locations within the property for food, drinks, annd restrooms was great. The friendliness of the staff, I will always remember. One thing that i believe can be improved in the temperature of the meals at the buffets during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I found the food to be borderline cold by the time i sat down. Other than that the resort was great.

My friend and I (2 college age girls) stayed here for 6 days/5 nights and had so much fun!! Place was very clean, staff were super friendly. The pools were super nice and had lots activities. The resort is huge so we walked a lot but they do have shuttles, although the walks weren’t more than 15ish minutes. We only ate at the buffets and they were great!! Pool bars were fun! Definitely not a party hot spot, so if you’re looking for that I wouldn’t recommend, but if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation I’d definitely recommend. There weren’t places to sit on the actual beach and a lot of the beach huts were for vacation members or VIP, but we still went down to the beach simply to swim. Great place, would definitely recommend!!

Resort was very large & required a shuttle bus to get around. Extreme amount of steps. No place to sit ON beach, just bed huts to lay on. Even though they say there are a lot of restaurants, pools & beaches you’re only allowed at a few of them. The absolute worst part is high pressure sales to buy a membership-ended up being downright rude to make them leave us alone! Staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly and very helpful. Food is delicious and plentiful.

The food is amazing for an all inclusive. The resort is very large and you have to walk or take the shuttle bus around. The beach is ok. The beds by the sea are nice. If you want to eat anything other than buffets make your reservation when you arrive. The staff is great other than the ones trying to sell you time shares or houses. Also if you're not buying one you can't use all of the resort. The rooms were decent but they are remodeling them and should be better soon. All in all decent but not great.

After reading some reviews I had low expectations of the resort. The experience I had was quite the opposite. Food was great. Staff was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. Only downside for me was navigating the overall resort. It is a huge compound with a decent shuttle bus which did help. I would have preferred to walk had there been better directions throughout the compound.
