The Space:
Just steps from the soft sand beach of Playa Hermosa, you will enjoy direct beachfront access to the beach and the Sea of Cortez. This 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo will blow you away with panoramic views encompassing the Malecon, Sea of Cortez, and all of Sandy Beach.
The master bedroom features a king bed and its own fully updated bathroom, shower, and vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and ample closet space for your use. A second fully updated bathroom is just outside the second bedroom door, where you will also have access to the stackable washer and dryer.
The large kitchen is fully stocked, and features all appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
The living room has a sofa sleeper and queen sized air mattress for guest use.
Enjoy all of your favorite shows with smart TV’s including USA Direct satellite TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, with the second bedroom featuring a smart tv only.
Sitting comfortably in the enclosed patio gives you the comfort and relaxation you’ve been looking for as you enjoy unobstructed views of the beach and the Sea of Cortez.
Guests must use four stair cases to access the property. They descend from street level to beach level where the condo is.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the seasonally heated pool and community grounds featuring 2 additional kiddie pools and charcoal bbq stations. Enjoy sunsets from the beachfront terraces and direct access to the beach featuring vendor services and recreation rentals such as jet skis and banana boat rides.

However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. Visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.
