The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a flat-screen TV, and a large balcony.

The bedroom window is 3 meters wide, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking view right from your bed. TV is available via the internet, such as Netflix or other apps.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. There is a private parking space in front of the apartment. The gate to the driveway is operated by remote control.

In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach Playa Carrillo, a magnificent beach lined with coconut palms—one of the most beautiful beaches in Central America.
