22,000 Acre Private Ranch Getaway

Welcome to the Ranch House! Here you can take a break from the distractions of daily life and unwind in the serenity of nature. Feel free to explore, feel free to just kick back and relax, feel free to be free. In to water sports? Great! Visit Pueblo Reservoir or the AR River to jet ski, boat, fish, canoe and much more. In to off road sports? Fantastic! Bring over your ATV’s, bikes, and hiking shoes to explore a vast variety of landscapes covering 22,000 acres.
The space
As soon as you walk in, you will feel right at home. In this house you will experience the peace and quite of nature throughout your entire stay.

The Ranch House offers many different on-property and local amenities like fishing, hunting and exploring just to name a few.

In the house you will find 2.5 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 1 blow up queen) and 1 bathroom with a vanity, shower/tub and towels. In the kitchen you have access to a microwave, fridge, an electric stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, 6 person table, and a water cooler. In the laundry room we have a washer and dryer, a fridge full of water, vacuum and extra water for the water cooler. For access to cleaning supplies, we keep any extra supplies you may need in the supply closet in the living room.

For in house entertainment, we offer an Xbox one with games and two controllers, board games (in supply closet), Ruko to have access to Netflix and Hulu, old school movies, WiFi, and a foosball table.

A in house guide book will be there when you arrive in case you need any help with anything.
Guest access
You have access to 22,000 acres around you and the whole house. There's no other guests that will be in the home.
Other things to note
Remember you are in the wild. There are rattle snakes, coyotes and badgers. Make your trip safe and respect the wild. It's amazing to see!
