About the space:
This loft is located on the second floor of a restored manor house just 6 blocks from the Cathedral. It is the most spacious in the building, featuring two separate bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, a living room with a 50-inch Smart TV and a single sofa bed, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and another bedroom with two double beds and a desk. There is one full bathroom. Total capacity: 6 guests.

The advantage of being on the second floor: being higher up, there is notably less street noise than in the first-floor lofts.

The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal.
The shared panoramic rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of the entire city. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.

IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION:
Access requires climbing 70 steps (twice as many as the first-floor lofts). There is no elevator. If you are traveling with very heavy luggage, have reduced mobility, or simply prefer to avoid so many stairs, we recommend considering another one of our spaces.

The current curtains allow natural light to filter through in the morning. If you require total darkness to sleep, this is something to consider.

During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the loft can get warm.

We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort.

We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share a list of nearby parking options with you.
