Guests will have full and unrestricted access to all areas of the house during their stay, including the bedrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and private parking. There are no restricted areas within the property and no condominium rules limiting access. The entire space is designed for guests to enjoy with complete comfort and privacy.

During their stay, guests can enjoy complete independence, but our team will always be available to provide any support they may need. Check-in is simple, and if preferred, we can personally welcome guests to explain everything about the house. Throughout the stay, we will remain in contact by message or call to answer questions and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Regarding cleaning service, the house is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. We do not offer daily cleaning service; however, for longer stays, additional cleanings are scheduled and can also be requested in advance during the stay.
