«The view was great, enjoyed seeing the ocean and all of the wildlife around the resort. The balcony was kinda small, but two of us could sit and enjoy. The distances between the various places was extreme. We had to take the tram, which meant a lot of waiting, but at least they had a tram. The distance to drag your luggage was difficult, to say the least. The staff were all friendly, the lagoon was fun and the food was good. The feeling was over the top as far as how grand it looked. «It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible!

«I have to rant about this place. I have traveled all over the world and this resort is the most beautiful place I have been. The food is out of this world. «Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) »
