Excellent Hotel with Exceptional service
Our stay at hotel MITRA PTUJ HOTEL was truly exceptional. Everything was impeccably clean and organized, adding comfort to our journey. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We enthusiastically recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay in this destination.

Disappointing
Despite using three mapping services navigating closed streets made finding the hotel very difficult. The twin beds were narrow and uncomfortable. Apart from a wonderful omelette breakfast was less than satisfying. We stayed here in part because of the reviews on hotels.com, but unfortunately didn't experience the same level of satisfaction.

We are very sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience.For any future guests, we suggest to just follow the mapping service to "Prešernova ulica", which is the most central street in the city of Ptuj. The hotel is located on the right side of the street, about 100m past the church, with a big sign and red carpet at the entrance. You can always stop your car on the right curb, come in for the check-in and we'll show you the best parking space.As for the beds, we usually get high marks on our beds, and they are also the standard 90cm width for all hotel twin beds. They are a touch on the softer side though.We're glad you enjoyed our freshly made omelette, but we would also like to know what you didn't like about the buffet and what things we could improve upon.We apologise for your bad experience again and hope to not disappoint you in the future.

I would stay again here 100%. Immaculate, fantastic location, wonderful, warm, helpful staff. Great apartment made you feel like a local .

Great location in the centre of Ptuj. Lovely courtyard. Good breakfast and comfortable room. The breakfast room was big & a bit tired and the whole place needs to be freshened up. Reserved parking spaces are a bonus.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé
Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement dans cet hôtel de charme situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville de Ptuj, non loin du château. Une pluie diluvienne nous ayant retardés d'un jour, la direction a spontanément proposé de décaler d'un jour notre séjour. L'hôtel, de style, est bien équipé et notre chambre était très propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner excellent et le service très aimable.

What a pleasant hotel! We arrived after midnight but the front desk man was kind and helpful getting us checked in quickly. Our room was delightful - the bed was very comfortable, three choices of pillows, and the A/C was working well on a hot August night. Can highly recommend and hope to come again.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful old town
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was perfect and the surrounding lovely. Ptuj is a very cool old town with beautiful houses.
